Location is on top no doubt. But person at the reception has no manners(speaks so rudely), -ve ratings in terms of hospitality. Parking just too poor(No proper lighting) . Bed,baknkets are not clean, dusty texture. Just the lift and location are good nothing else.

Okay so this one is going to be long and detailed so please bear with me and please read completely before you book your stay here. They say the first impression is the last impression but I disagree with this. Because I believe everybody deserves a fair chance. But Repeated disappointments every time will surely lead to bad customer experiences and thereby tarnish one's image. Same is the case with this place. I think they have achieved a very high state of Nirvana where nothing affects them at all (especially bad customer feedback which is consistent over the years as the reviews suggest!). At the outset, my first interaction itself was disappointing because even after having paid the entire fair in advance, these people declined to confirm my booking on phone. Strange, I thought. Further, I checked into the hotel at 9am on 12th of March 2025. Instead of greeting the guests, the receptionist tells us that since we have checked in early, we'll have to vacate the rooms before the checkout time to maintain the timings. Good start eh!! Then I asked for two packaged drinking water bottles (which generally every hotel provides per day) but the crony kanjus capitalists said that they are chargeable! After which I bought 5 x 2L bottles from outside and brought them in the hotel like; In Your Face! And then, shock after shock, disappointment after disappointment kept of reigning. Next, the room allotted lacked basic hygiene as every corner was occupied by dirt and dust. (There was a broken chair, a broken almirah and a broken and filthy cupboard too serving only one purpose- sheer existence!) Some holders in the toilet were also damaged. Cigarette butts near the exhaust fans was a disgusting sight (quite ironically smoking is prohibited in the premises!). There were dozens of bindis and undergarment stickers stuck on the bathroom walls which have never been cleaned in ages it seems. The fact that they can allocate such pathetic rooms to the guests without a second thought explicitly shows the level of their disregard they have for their guests). Next, come night time it was hot considering the holi season and no net grills for ventilation in the room made things worse. We switched on the AC but (to our Unsuprise) it was not working. We called the receptionist and he said they usually service the ACs after Holi (which the cleaner refuted the other day stating that the ACs have been serviced recently!) Now I don't know who was lying but the end result was we had to suffer for three nights in the hot room. The rude receptionist many a times made false promises to change the room but never bothered to call us regarding the same. Now, one may even wonder as to why do we even need ACs when there are fans, but here's the twist, there are frequent power cuts which will make your nights miserable! The only good thing about the place is the location. There are some road facing rooms where you can get the divine darshan of Pujya Maharaj Ji from Shri Hit Radha Keli Kunj. To sum it all in one word - AVOID. Also, I believe it's also a failure on behalf of the aggregators to keep such shady and filthy places listed after perpetual bad reviews. I am not coming back even if I get paid to stay here. You, too, can avoid this hell of a place and have your peace of mind restored, unless if you are a plain masochist, well, you are game!

Very nice n specious room , service very nice n good,, but food very expensive.... location very good.. daily darshan premanand ji maharaj k asani se hote he...main road pe hone se auto , fruit,tea, snacks available 24 hours

Excellent place to stay Near radha keli kunj ,Easily Maharaji darshan can be done from room's Balcony .(If you get the front balcony room)

Room is fine but the parking is to horror no proper lighting and most terrifing no one can go alone at parking

The hotel has zero facilities with rude staff, only advantage is that u can see Premanand Maharaj, otherwise should not stay here, no drinking water provided, no toiletries.

Location is good for Premanand Maharaj Darshan and rest of the things are bad and the rooms are very costly.

It's location is superb but service very poor
