Loved the hotel it has been a really nice experience, the staff was really polite and great, they even helped with many things like nearby place to visit nd all, overall loves the hospitality and the rooms were really nice and clean, washrooms were clean and would surely be staying there again if I go to vrindavan again!!

great hotel highly recommended to go there, great services and hospitality, even they help you to know about the nearby places and help with all the stuff needed, atmmosphere was nice, people working there were also very polite and nicee. Would love to stay their if i'm visiting vrindavan!!

This hotel is right next to the highway. 3+ km from Chatikara. If you're travelling by car then this could be good for a night's stay otherwise it's very difficult to get e-rickshaws or autos from here. People might say Chatikara is very close and is walkable and all sorts of things but it's really not. It seemed kind of unsafe for us women at night since it was right in the highway and no security as such. They turned off the AC for the whole night till the next day checkout. They said there was power cut, and they wouldn't turn on the generator because "the diesel cost to keep the generator running would exceed 1 night's room cost". And we were the only family staying there that night. So, get information if you're the only family or not before checking in. They don't have in-house restaurant or dining, you have to order from a dhaba nearby. Their quantity is less and quality is not great. Also, please note this hotel in particular is full of house flies which speaks a lot about the cleanliness. This is located on the highway, so flies should be comparatively less but that isn't the case.

Very poor,dont ever try to book a room here. They dont even provide you with water which is complementary Wifi here is only for name very low speed your 2G data will be lot better than their wifi. Now coming to the staff, they are so rude, very bad tone no etiquettes at all they give you order like you are their servant. Now coming to their hotel policy if you are travelling somewhere they just give you order to submit your room keys in a very bad tone which is literally not acceptable. So its just a waste of money to go here and also the location is not too good as no famous place is nearby.

Worst experience! The management is greedy, they don't honor the booking done online, take advantage of your situation. Denied room despite oyo booking, charged extra for ac, ac do not work, had to leave in 2 hrs, people are rude. The corridors are filed with liquor smell badly, scary atmosphere. The male guest were roaming in underwear in corridor, not fit for family stay at all.. Very bad hotel ..They even dnt kbow how to talk to ladies .take extra money from guest amd they even do not water bottle on mrp price ..worst hotel ..i ll mever suggest this hotel

There was no power backup available.. I suffered with the hot temperature without electricity. Room was not clean and wet towel was provided as this was already used and smelling badly. However staff was polite

Don't go on pic.. Only 9 rooms are there as staff said,and room is very dirty n un hygienic.. Full of Mosqutos and ants.. Towel was dirty n pillow cover was very old n full of dust.. Fursh was not clean.. Pls pls don't go on pics
