Rude language there was no lock in room he didn't give receipt and does not change the cover

Worst service given by a Hotel. No wifi available though they have a router hanging. No tv though they got tv with setup box and of you ask for anything either you will not be provided or they will tell that this is not available. I asked for an extra pillow they said they are sending but lateron when I again asked they told it's not available. At 23:35 when we were sleeping the reception people came knocked and started asking for money without any official receipt. Worst experience ever.

Bad service and all electronic items not working properly like ac and tv also

Price was a bit high because we went on the day of Holi, but overall staff was really supporting

Bad thing that ac rooms is not ac rooms. He is running like bad thing. You know what i mean.
