The beautiful hotel with a beautiful view around. In built pool and fun zone for kids it adds to its beauty. Luxurious stay with a home-like feel. Food is great here at the roof top resort called Spices Tree. Visit and stay here for sure

We booked the room 702 that had a double bed and a pullout bed. The location of the hotel is fine but you can find many more in same area and better situation. The rooms were in pathetic condition with everything worn out including the infrastructure and furniture. The utensils provided were dirty and the hot plate was oldest I have ever seen. The pictures attached can give you an idea of what rooms entailed. Do see the rooms before booking. The cleaning was way below average. Everything was filled with moulds and broken. The worse was the bathroom. The bedsheets and pillows which can be changed at lowest cost were also stained and extremely worn out. Would not visit again. Please maintain basic hygiene. The pictures on their website are deceiving.

I booked via Agoda, was excited. When I checkedin after few minutes I realised it was a bad decision. Dust everywhere. Stain and hair on bed-sheet, the kitchen area was broken and due to wind the window was making continuous loud sound. I still tried to stay for few hours but finally I checkout. It was a huge mistake to book it with the reference of pictures that I saw online. Will not recommend unless they do a thorough cleaning and get serious regarding hygiene and basic cleanliness. . This hotel needs an audit for hygiene and health safety issues.

My review might be biased by the mother instincts but this what actually happened. The rooms are more of 1bhk apartment, good hygiene, well maintained, location is good as walking distance from prem mandir. But the restaurant staff is not at all flexible. I have been around a lot with my young child. I asked them for basic khichdi for my daughter and they refused saying it can be provided only at the meal time. I have never had such an experience with baby food.

Pathetic and terrible condition rooms , this room deserve zero stars. Rooms and bed are smelly I booked through agoda , I raised complaint moment I entered room after check in. Agoda and property both agrees there rooms are in very poor condition I asked them to refund money or give substitute rooms but they refused. If you are ready to pay 3000 rs for room per night this place is not for you ..this is equivalent to dirty dharmshala or cheap guest house. Even house keeping guys agreed that from long time zero maintainance has been done. Do Not book this dharamshala...I wasted my hard earned money by booking here

Worst experience ever. No even basic hospitality. No staff available. Gym, kids play zone and swimming pool are only on papers and are not available on the property. Pool water is dirty. No staff available to cater to house keeping. Reception person not picking phone calls. Do not books this place ever. It's becoming like a nightmare while staying at the property with family

Ridiculous experience, if you're planning it bcs of the swimming pool trust me its ridiculous. The photos added here are when this was made new but now its an old shabby building the showers and taps are literally green the balcony is yuck with a wierd smell and mainly the washroom is extremelyyyyyyyy baddd And the condition of fun zone , the worst everything is broken and scattered , dist all around as if never clean and everthingggg is out of orderrrrrr Worsttt experience ever

no parking !! hotel staff is not at all interested in, how u r going to reach the hotel wen u r driving ur own vehicle, bcs vrindavan has lots of barricading / no entries everywhere. whereas other hotels nearby are very concerned with how you can reach them, they guide u or even send a staff to accompany u to hotel. management shud teach their front desk staff / tele staff to talk properly and guide guest in a proper manner. "park your car in some parking" very far off from this hotel, somewhere near highway and get to the hotel with ur lagguages and family in an auto or battery is most idiotic advice given by this hotels management. will never stay again
