As per my first stay's experience, I had some expectations from Hotel Vrindavan Garden--but my recent visit turned out to be frustrating and exhausting right from the start. After a long drive, we arrived for a midnight check-in only to find the main gate locked, with the security guard in a deep sleep, we tried to unlock by ourselves; later on we had to honk multiple times before he woke up. We were allotted the same super deluxe room as our last stay (my previous review is attached with same name a month ago), but to our shock, the room was overrun with insects--both in the bedroom and the washroom--as if they were having a camp of their own. We checked another room but ended up staying in the same one, cleaning it ourselves, only to discover that the air conditioner wasn't working even after 10 minutes. After informing the receptionist, we waited nearly half an hour before being moved to a deluxe room. Sadly, the issues didn't stop there--the bathroom's exhaust fan was non-functional, and the door handle came off in my hand while trying to close it. We had to fix it ourselves using a car toolkit just to avoid calling for more help and finally rest. We stayed for 3 days, including a midnight check-in and check-out, but when leaving, they handed us a bill charging the super deluxe rate for the deluxe room we eventually stayed in. The receptionist claimed no such deluxe room existed, forcing us to call the manager at midnight. After a 7-minute conversation, the manager revised the bill but still defended the deluxe room as better just because it had wallpaper--even though the first room we originally preferred was more spacious and clean in our last visit. To top it off, they charged us a high rate even though it was off-season and on weekdays, while just a month ago, the same rates applied on weekends during Ramanavami. Despite all this, I still appreciate their excellent food and might give them one last chance on my next visit--but only because of the food, not the hospitality.

Amazing peaceful place for stay. Food taste & quality was highly outstanding. Literally every instructions were very well followed by Rana & Ustad Ji. Room was spacious & bathroom was as big (a size of average hotel's room ).

Location is good near attala chungi. Rooms are spacious but washrooms are not so clean. The only problem is of cleanliness.. food was tasty.. recommended if there is no space available anywhere otherwise search for better options.. They have parking area.. geyser was working, lift available.. staff was good and clean the washroom and room again on our request.. It is okay okay rooms.. so must go and check rooms before booking...
**Review for Hotel Vrindavan Garden** **Rating: ** I had a deeply disappointing experience with Hotel Vrindavan Garden. I paid an advance of INR 11,000/- on 10th March 2024 for room bookings for my wedding, which was scheduled for 11th July 2024. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the booking within 15 days. Despite this, I never received a receipt for my payment, and the hotel staff, particularly Mr. Rishi and Mr. Pathak, have refused to refund my money or provide the booked accommodation. For the past three to four months, I have been making numerous requests for a refund, but the staff has been unprofessional and uncooperative, even demanding additional payments. To my perents this behavior is unacceptable and has caused me significant stress. I strongly advise against booking with Hotel Vrindavan Garden due to their lack of professionalism and poor customer service.
