Hotel Shri Radha Nikunj - Opp. Prem Mandir, Vrindavan

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to both Prem Mandir and the ISKCON Temple, which is very convenient for Darshan. The room size was decent and comfortable enough . It was clean and fairly well-maintained. The staff were polite and cooperative, though service could be a bit slow at times, especially busy hours. Food was also fresh and good in taste. Overall, it's a reasonable place to stay if you're looking for something basic near the temples. Not luxurious, but it gets job done.

awesome location.. just opp to Prem Mandir.. you can also have glimpse of temple from few eooms n balconies.. spacious room.. courteous service Good parking space... easily reachable while entering Vrindavan Food is really tasty in Namaste restaurant even without onion and garlic Place is kid friendly as they have so many birds, parrots, aquarium with many different fishes I will definitely go back to same whenever visiting Vrindavan

We recently stayed at Hotel Shri Radha Nikunj, Vrindavan, with family, and overall, it was a decent experience. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its prime location, situated just opposite Prem Mandir, making it very convenient for temple visits. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished, but maintenance could be improved. We noticed that the walls and window panes were not well maintained, and even the cushion on the bed was coming out, which was a bit disappointing. However, the overall cleanliness and hospitality were good. One thing to note is that there was only one lift in operation, which was helpful but often insufficient, so we had to take the stairs most of the time. Additionally, monkeys around the hotel can be a nuisance, especially if you're wearing spectacles, so it's best to stay cautious. Despite these minor inconveniences, the stay was comfortable, and the location makes it a good choice for those visiting Vrindavan.

Zero service. Arrogant waiters. Once you take your breakfast and seat and even if you ask for a simple thing as a tissue or water they will say that it has been kept there go and pick it. Such arrogant service. This will lead to the doom of the hotel. They think the location is excellent then they will get customers. Such degraded pathetic service. And for the hotel staff I stayed in Room 209 on 9th to 11th april 2025.

This place is a wreck. Smelly dirty rooms with old infrastructure and the sofas, curtains and bathroom are such as if they have never been cleaned. There is a strange bad smell in the room. I had literally very bad experience of the room. They charged complete payment of the rooms before checking out.

Very neat and clean hotel. Staffs are very cordial and helpful. All the staff members including Amir Choudhary, panditji, Rajendra Singh Choudhary and Vishwas are very supportive and polite. Their approach is professional and customer centric. Others are also very supportive and polite.

I talked to the receptionist who promised me checkin at 10:00 (non chargeable as per hotel policies) when talked one night before and even was ready to provide accommodation at 6 in the morning for 1500/- extra rupees And when I arrived at property at 10:00 I was made to wait which by the way I'm still waiting (at 11:20) and was not even provided with a glass of water and on the additional thing the receptionist is VERY RUDE and the person who came after us was provided the room..!! And even though while booking I added COMPLIMENTARY EARLY CHECK-IN from GOIBIBO and I paid for EXECUTIVE SUITE which was more than 7k for 2 nights DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE....!!! You can get nice hotels with less than what you are paying here

It's an old property. It is service apartment turned into Hotel. We stayed for single night. Booked it through Agoda. Rooms are fine but services are below average. We tried ordered food through landline but during peak hours they were no picking phones. Only one towel was provided. Liquid handwash was empty. I asked it after that it was refilled. There was electric kettle but glasses or cups were there. How we are going to drink tea or coffee? No water bottle inside room for drinking. ToothBrush provided with no toothpaste. TV plug was broken. Battery missing from remote. These are the basic checks one should do before giving rooms. There is lot of noise in the night. You can hear noises from the corridor and from another room. The sleep gets disturbed due to this. There is plenty of parking. The entrance of hotel is covered because some demolition is happening over and bricks were falling down. At the entrance you will see colorful birds. The restaurant food was great. Even if you are not staying , must try the restaurant.
