Location is strategic and good. That's the only positive point. Ample car parking. City barricading of 10 am to 8 pm traffic from outside has no impact on this place. Worst rooms, dampen moisture laden ply wood and walls. Tile cracks and water seepage, poor old fittings not comfortable bathrooms that could be rated ten on ten on hygeine and sanitation. Water too hard. Must to AVOID the food in-house. Better outside. Too oily, and stale kind of. Bathroom too stinky, linen wash is seldom.

Subject: Safety Concerns with Taxi driver Dear [Hotel Management] I recently booked a taxi through your hotel for 08.05.2025 to travel to Agra airport. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and raised serious safety concerns. The taxi that arrived was in a poor condition, resembling a scrap vehicle. Moreover, when the driver deviated from the route to my destination, I expressed my concern and requested him to correct the route. However, despite my repeated requests, he continued driving in the wrong direction. Feeling unsafe, I had to seek help from locals to intervene and stop the taxi. This incident has left me shaken and highlights significant safety issues with the taxi service your hotel has partnered with. I strongly advise against booking taxis through your hotel until you address these concerns and ensure passenger safety. I hope you will take immediate action to rectify this situation.
Unprofessional Language: Using slang, profanity, or disrespectful language towards guests. Ignoring or Dismissing Guest Concerns: Not listening attentively, interrupting, or failing to acknowledge a guest's concerns. Lack of Patience or Empathy: Showing frustration, impatience, or unwillingness to help a guest. Inattentiveness: Not providing necessary information or assistance promptly. Unwillingness to Help: Refusing to go above and beyond to address a guest's needs. Most important charging more and lying about the original price ! And fighting over price of room . Worst experience i ever had at kanaaaah place but it's ok god see everything. God will punish him definitely one one !
Santosh dham hotel is like a dham only staff are extremely supportive, food is awesome & services are at next level . Please do not judge people by their tone, this is brijwasi land so please be acceptable to hear brij bhasa .
Hotel is on road but room hygiene is an problem .. i face lot of dust when we punch the mattress.. washroom also not upto the mark according to a 3 star hotel must need to be provided.. parking facility available breakfast is excellent in buffet..
Fast Family Visit Vrindavan. We find nice hotel by Google . The room was god and clean . and hotel staff very humble and very corporative. Food was delicious. Hotel very close to prem mandir .we are staying three night this hotel . We injoy and visit all temple.radhey radhey
