You can get lunch and dinner as well as they have kitchen facility in hotel, overall good service. Lift facility available.

Hotel is average hotel. Family room is good but can improve the quality. Everything they provide is on demand otherwise not providing the basic amenities.

Visited 2 nd time to this hotel. First experience was good enough but second was not good We r 7 person book one four bad n one 3 bad room 4 bad rooms ac not working for whole 4 days still I have to pay full amount it's not good U r paying for facility not used Day by day hotel getting older it need renovation

Hotel was good but the staff behaviour was not.....even they dont have manners to talk with ladies guest..even when we asked gurd to help us to park the car..he was so rude...overall stay was not good for ladies ..

One of the best hotels in Vrindavan and in one short word I will say MARVELOUS hotel and The Manager whose name is Ajendra ji he is a very efficient and polite person as a manager,he really helped me a lot regarding transportation, providing facilities and a little bit of concession.Lastly the manager also gave us the driver for our rest of the BRAJADHAM trip and his name was Dharmendra singh..Must recommend you all to go for this hotel if you are planning to visit there.Radhe Radhe

Had a lovely time food was really awesome well maintained property with the spirituality still in the atmosphere.

Worst Service and room amenities.. AC not working.. Staffs are very rude..
