Goldstone Elite Vrindavan

We went there for my parent's 50 anniversary and had the warmest of stays. From the booking manager in Delhi to the receptionist and the GM on site, they went out of their way to make our stay perfect. From the cake to the rides to the temple in the cold, all the staff at the hotel took really good care of my parents and all of us to the extent of bargaining a good price on our rental car. They have a really nice play room for kids and the newly renovated rooms were spacious and cozy and comfortable. The food was delicious and they went out of their way to help with special requests for my niece. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet close by to all the temples that you might want to visit. It's the perfect stay in Vrindavan! Thank you!

Rooms are very much satisfactory. Food is very good. Restorant service was ok type. Seemed service centric. There is not good arrangements for drivers. New property, not a prefered location for people looking to enjoy the easy access to the temples. As it is on the highway. Overall pleasent experience.

Stayed at the hotel for 1 night. Rooms are of decent size and well designed. It is a new property and gives a very positive vibe. The staff is helpful and courteous. Breakfast was also ok. It is around 30 minutes by car from most tourist places which is the only little drawback. Rest assured, it is a fantastic property for staycation.

Liked the stay.... but the few things gave us a thought to change like it was located on highway, telephone was not working, the extra bedding they gave was dismantled. It broke off in between the night. The variety of the breakfast was very very less... The good things were like it is a newly built hotel with lot of neatness and cleanliness. Staff was courteous. The quality and taste of food was even good.

We have stayed clarks Residence Vrindavan. Hotels staffs are very nice and helpful ||From the hotel banke bhihari mandir is just 10 minuts drive by VIP road ||And Prem mandir and isckon temple is very easy ecces from hotel. ||Swming pool is big and nice. They have also baby pool. Food is very good. Nice personalized service.front staff are very helpful. Jyoti make our travel plan very comfortable to visit temple and arti time we present ||Game zone is very interesting for kids and my kids enjoy the trip. ||We like the hotel and we will recoment our friends.

Beautiful hotel. I think it's one and only 4 star hotels in Vrindavan area. Loved every bit of it. Starting from how we were treated, to food, to rooms, to the play area, to the big lawn, the beautiful view of the swimming pool from the room window and experiencing the pool in person. Everything was just wonderful! Very near to Prem Mandir and Vaishno Devi Mandir. Overall, its definitely more value than money. I would strongly recommend everyone to visit the place.

The hotel service including the front desk was absolutely lousy. The room service was also not at all upto the mark. The hotel management claims the hotel to be of 5 star status but I feel it should not be even of 1 star. Please be very careful about the food. The cost is exorbitant and many times the bills do not come with the food for your signature which clearly indicates the hidden agenda of the hotel. I am again visiting Mathura next month but would never stay in that hotel.

The property is new and is pretty neat, clean and comfortable. It is a nice hotel, well trained staff. It takes around 30mints to reach any of the tourist place or temple. If you are on a family trip then you are at the right place . It is having 24 rooms. Interior is also good.
