Disappointing Stay - Poor Service I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was subpar. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, and it felt like any requests or questions were an inconvenience to them. The room was not properly cleaned, and basic amenities were either missing or not replenished during the stay. I also faced long delays when trying to reach room service and housekeeping. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and hospitality. I do not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

I booked CI- Vrindavan at the very last moment with an impression of good name it has earned but unfortunately it was no where close to justifying its reputation. 1. Rooms were smelling of sewage smell and it never went away. 2. Rooms as they say are always sold out but there is no water in the taps. 3. The pillow they gave us had a caterpillar on its cover. 4. No duplicate/master keys so don't expect of room cleaning in your absence. 5. No DG service in case of power cuts. 6. Same buffet is served everyday in the breakfast in partnership with Sagar Ratna. 7. The manager serving the breakfast never smiles as if he is pissed off serving the customers. I personally felt the tariff demanded and paid wasn't worth.

BIG NO NO NO - Just check the real photos and videos attached by me. - Seems like a 3rd class flats - Bo feeling of Hotel. - too much electricity fluctuations. - I stayed for 2 N. - Savage smell. Can't even open washroom door. - mosquitoes comes from washroom. - View from window : Garbages and ladders - Front view : Tooti footi Imarat - Day time : Electricity cut for 1.5 hrs - Night me : Lanka lag jaati hai bhai : after every 15 mins, cut for 5 mins. - No catel : we requested. But no responsibility. - No mats - Gave nearby restraunts nos. No in-house kitchen.

Everything relating to the room, location and service was outstanding. Food needs to be ordered from Sagar Ratna directly if you want the same in your room. We had a one night stay which was pleasant. Location is really nice and peaceful.

The Rooms are spacious, well maintained and fully equipped with essential amenities. Hotel Placement is Wonderful under the OMAXE ETERNITY where you can find peace, fresh air and a good view. Ground Floor rooms are lavish with their own small Lawn in front of the room. And the Reception area is well useful for get-togethers with small families.

1) It shows it is 6kms from banke bihari, in actual its almost 10kms. 2) it was really very dirty. 3) the bedsheets were not cleaned properly. 4) bed had bed bugs. Attaching image and video. 5) I asked for driver's stay, they said it's little far, we will arrange for a bike to get him there. They didn't inform that would be for additional cost, for which I was tortured with 100calls to pay that extra amount after the stay. 6) the only eatery nearby is sagar ratna, which was again the worst experience for sagar ratna ever. 7) we got stuck in the lift thrice in 1 day stay. The elevators were not functioning properly. 8) washrooms were really smelly. 9) worst country inn experience ever. Not worth the money I paid.

My experience was so good.staff was so nice behavior was good they were very helping the vibes was positive and we enjoyed the tasty food their.variety was not that much but taste was so good.i m glad that I chose this hotel Liked it very much!
