The Grand ND Resort-Kanha Tulsi Heights

I stayed in a family suit, which was exactly same as displayed in the pictures. I appreciate the cleanliness of the property and staff was extremely courteous. To my surprise, i don't know why this property has some negative reviews. Food was good in taste and quantity(separate charges for food). Charges for food are on low side. The location is away from the crowded area and temples are within 10-15 mins distance. Staff arranged e-riksha for all who were staying there in just 15 mins time to visit temples. Charges for e-riksha are not in their control, you have to bargain, otherwise take your car in the narrow crowded streets. Overall it was a nice stay.

They are incompetent. They will take money and deny service. They have cut the power supply for a/c, fridge, and geyser on false grounds of power fluctuations, whereas there is none. The power has been cut at mains. Don't book here. Look at the response. I have mentioned the concern, and they seem to ignore it. Full money taken in advance through AirBnB and basic amenities denied. Room 405. There is no power supply. 15 minutes or so after our arrival. Power supply gone. No A/c no cold water to drink. But money is fully taken. This AirBnb booking spoilt our trip. We are vacating and returning home.

I have given 5 star based on the price i was offered for this property. Property was small 2bhk flat with 1 room locked in a gated society. Room and common hall areas were clean. Two Bathrooms were also clean and working fine. Bed Sheets and Quilt provided were also of good quality and more importantly washed clean. Breakfast was served in the room from the given menu and was also delicious with a reasonable price. Staff was courteous and quick in responding to needs. Parking is also provided inside the society. Overall stay is comfortable and safe.

It is not a hotel. Its just a residential building. Few flats are owned or rented by some company and converted into the hotel. Rooms are small otherwise ok hotel. Good hotel in budget. Far from main road. Hard to find the location, even with google map. Because no major hoarding or direction even though it is very deep.

The hotel "looks" decent but it's a very uncomfortable stay. The bathrooms stink like shittty gas. We took a 2bhk apartment and it's sooo stinky . It's just a fancy show on the outside but so bad on the inside . There will always be a foul smell in the room which you cannot see in the pictures on the internet. I don't know how people have given good reviews. Bahaut smell hai.

I was stayed here for 3 days. Location was very away from city center. Very difficult to arrange taxi or auto. It is not a hotel. It is just a building with multiple flats. The ND grand has taken some flats in the building which they are renting. Wash room are very small and after taking bath it remains wet .

This is not a resort. This is a home flats. They provide you 3 to 5 day's old food. They have no clean bedsheet. If you ask clean bedsheet and towels, they told you no currently we have much more guests so we have no fresh stocks.

The hotel is somewhat distant from temples and shops, with limited transportation choices. The hotel can arrange e-rickshaw transport, but at a significantly higher cost than usual. We paid extra for our driver to rest, and unfortunately, he did so without a blanket and with a cold bath.
