Capital O 44926 Elegance Resort

Very poor service we asked for the utilities, water etc. They delivered it after 2 days. The television was broken the washroom had worms The dishes/plates were like thin paper, food penetrated through it.they took all the money beforehand.Very non-cooperative staff overall very bad plz don't go if u don't wanna get robbed.

I don't know much bout this place , I've been stayed there for like 2-3 hours but the garden at the entrance can easily attract anyone , also for old-age people temple at the end of the resort. Rooms are not that much comfortable but it's okay. Farms cover the whole resort which quite a good thing.

Great service , active and supportive staff. You can just go and relax . Rooms can be more clean. Loved the experience. Woman/family safe.

Reached hotel around 1 am. Room was very dirty, no room service, basic amenities was also missing in hotel

5 Km far from Vrindavan city , it is good to stay here , Greenery atmosphere and peaceful
