Hotel Vrinda Palace

Room: The rooms were not as shown in the picture and in poor condition. The washrooms were not clean.I have paid a good amount but didn't expect this kind of room for the amount i paid. Service: Very poor service i booked 2 rooms with occupancy of 2 in each, but they provided only 1L water bottle in each room, since we were 4 they should have given 4 L water bottle for 4 of us. Location: Location was ok, no such complaint with the location.

100% fraud people, I booked a hotel and gave an advance 1k and I cancle before 10 days due to Train cancelled. And they are just harassing me on returning money. Never trust this hotel management. Really worst worst, worst people. They are in Holy Place Vrindavan and making fraud with people.

Best hotel I had ever seen...mostly recommended. Amazing food quality with good taste ...staffs behaviors are also good.. wifi available..Services are Amazing ..rooms are bigger than others hotels...price are also reasonable

Very bad experience. Dirty blanket and bed. Cleanliness is a big issue. Dirty toilets seems very old. Not well maintained property. They mentioned 3 star property everywhere but not even 1 star property. I booked here to see reviews on makemytrip and tripadvisor but very disappointed. Dont book ever.

We stayed recently, while the owner/staff are courteous and helpful, the main issue is hotel infrastructure... rooms are clean but not maintained at all, many things broken, bathrooms leaking, taps with low flow. It's a budget stay but certainly not like a star hotel. Location and food is good.

The pictures displayed in the photos are old. The rooms when we reached was totally dirty and cleaning was not done properly. The water in the washroom was muddy. Buckets were stinking. Dust and spider webs everywhere in the room. They did not bother to provide a towel or toiletry. Food was so bad . I was really expecting a good stay after looking into the images of this hotel. But it was a huge disappointment after our stay. The staff of this hotel did not bother to knock once before entering the room also the whole property is on low maintenance. Very Bad Experience.

Hotel is rated 3-star, but this hotel can't even classified as 1-star. Completely dirty, bad maintenance, missing AC with heater, taps are rusted out gives brown colored water, blankets are dirty, walls have seapages. What not!! Never visit this dirthole with your family.

I booked Deluxe room for 3 day I will start with negative 1. Room service is very slow 2. when I visited no garden as shown in Google photos 3. And the photo of Roof top they have uploaded on Google that is also not real (I mean there is a roof top but with no table and chair) 4. Hotel owner is not cooperative 5. Water in wash basin very smelly ( after washing my hands I noticed my hands are also started spelling ) 6. Sometime When i place the order for basic things like hot water or water bottle ( they take my order however they don't deliver it ) ( sometime times we have to remind for it) 7. They Didn't clean room after 5:00 p.m. 8. I asked one of the staff how I will get hot water in shower staff told me hot water is not available in shower at only available in tap water however later I came to know it's available in shower also 9. Location is near 2 to 4 km from all the popular place in Vrindavan so I want to say its average ( I will put this in a category of not bad not good ) 10. One more thing I noticed which happened with me only one time in my 3 day stay which is one of the staff directly came in my room without knocking the door or ringing the doorbell ( I told him never do this again ) 11. Ac work but remote don't work ( so every time to turn on or turn off AC you have to stand from your bed ) ( by default AC temperature is 24 in my 3 day stay I was unable to change it because remote don't work) The people who going to read my review [i want to tell everyone that don't do prebooking because there are so many hotels at the prime location][rooms are available everywhere] [ I came during Holi 2024] ============================= After all this negative let me talk about positive 1. 180rs vali thali tasty thi
