Hotel NV Palace

I recently stayed at NV Palace with my family, and we had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, with staff being courteous and always ready to assist. The food was a highlight--it tasted just like home-cooked meals, which made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms were decent, well-maintained, and clean, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The overall ambiance of the hotel was pleasant, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. If you're looking for a place with great service, good food, and clean accommodations, NV Palace is a great choice. Highly recommended for families!

Poor food Quality, no lift, no daily cleaning, no daily housekeeping, no one attends complaints. Poor behaviour. It is not a hotel, it's a lodge like dharmshala.

Good rooms but no food service here. Nor good restorent or tea stall nearby

I stayed with my family for two days, rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. Specially the uncle sitting at the front desk was extremely helpful.

Worst stay I ever had. The front desk manager was arrogant He didn't have a way to speak to the old lady. The whole night me & my family spent without AC. i gave poor ratings and i will never suggest anyone to come and stay with their family.
