Rooms were clean and the staff was really supportive. We stayed here for 2 nights and Mr. Santosh from restaurant staff took care of my 2yrs old babys food requirements. Atmosphere is soothing and it's out of crowded area of banaras so you can find peace here. Value for money

The room service and the workers are really friendly and show a lot of respect. |The bathrooms and rooms are very neat and clean. Food is really nice. Some things you can improve are maybe, the room night food service and parking services. Otherwise everything is very good.

We stayed for 3 nights 4 days. Had a wonderful time. The staff is very courteous and friendly. They went out of their way to make our stay conformable. Diksha gupta and Mr Anand were serving us during breakfast. They made sure we get hot food and as per our taste every day

One more point to note, room service was the best, when we ordered in the late night, we had nicely after a long journey.

Good hotel to stay and free from any disturbance. Nice ambiance, close to Saranath tourist spot. | Staff is very cooperative, food is really good. Even supported for special request for food for kids. Would definitely recommend for stay with family.

It was a Wrost experiance for Dine-in at Cilantro Resturent with my family. I hear about more about Cilantro but my experiance was Wrost here staff is so Stupid an Miss Behavior also Speacily Vishal Singh he illiterate Staff and So rudy.my order was getting late i asked for order he is telling that aye ga na intjar kar lijye itna jaldi ni ata h khana and after billing he is forcing for a tip and miss behaving also. it was a Wrost experiance for Dine-in at Cilantro over all the location & cilantro is a good place but my experiance was not good
