The hospitality was impeccable--every staff member greeted us with warmth and made us feel truly special. The property itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained gardens, tranquil ambiance, and interiors that blend heritage charm with modern elegance. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered a perfect mix of comfort and luxury. Special shoutout to the dining experience--every meal was a delight, especially the local Banarasi delicacies! And the view from the property, especially during sunrise and sunset, was just magical. Taj Ganges doesn't just offer a stay--it offers an experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Varanasi looking for class, comfort, and soul-soothing vibes.

The best hotel in varanasi in terms of service, food and location. This is the first time I am at Taj and they have scored 5/5 in every aspect. First of all let's talk about checkin : smooth , fast and no hassel even at 11.30 in the night. Then comes room, bed and bathroom all scored 5/5. Room is full super nice . Bed comfotable for 2 adults and 2 children's. If you are travelling with two kids always choose Taj hotels as no other hotels which I have visited among 5 star provide this size bed. Now comes late night food. Which we ordered at 12 after reaching our room and food was tasty, quantity wise eanough for two people and sweet dish that is gulab jamun which was the best made with khoa and panner. Very pure which is hard to find at best sweet shops I have never expected this quality food from Taj hotels. Then comes swimming pool : large size , Prefect water temperature and the staff there was very helpful .super nice staff. The comes breakfast: 5/5 for breakfast in terms of food quality and service of the staff . Everyone was very helpful providing the best service. Bring hot dishes . I ordere jalebi to be fresh and hot . Cold coffe made to perfection .the best staff .I would simply say Taj quality and service is the best in hotel industry in comparison to foreign hotel chains operating in india. This type of service is no where to be find .

The Hotel is in comfortable location. The ambiance, the staffs, food, Housekeeping people, all are up to the mark. |Restaurant like Chawl and Varuna provided the best cuisine as per our demand. We appreciate all and I would like to name few - Sthity, Muskan, Ms Pal, Rohit and Ratan. They always make sure to serve us with a broader real smile. They all are the assets of Taj Varanasi. Right from the moment we arrived at Taj Ganges .. we received the best hospitality from them ...| we got late for the dinner... but they were kind enough to provide in room dining..at no additional cost. Special mention for ASIF , their manager , who arranged the dinner ..or else our two small daughters would have slept without any food.. |I asked for a Anniversary cake at last moment ... ASIF and PRERNA took extra effort to deck up the room alongwith the cake I asked for...|They were really helpful at every request we asked for... |Would surely recommend them.. for your visit to Varanasi...

Stayed here for 1 night only.Service and staff here was too good.New room with nice view of garden we enjoyed with delicious food in room|Also late night as well they provided milk and food for my 2 years baby and that is most important.breakfast and varieties in buffet was also too good . One can enjoy happily like we did also staff Tanu and Aashish at breakfast restaurant |Attended us very nicely. Location good property good |35 mins from airport. Small street breakfast of local food also available near by .

Every detail was handled with care and professionalism, making our experience truly seamless. One standout aspect was the thoughtful attention to dietary needs. As someone who is lactose intolerant, I was delighted to find that the kitchen had customized delicious meals just for me, something I deeply appreciated. The venue itself is stunning, the staff are warm and attentive, and the overall experience was nothing short of outstanding.

food was great. staff very helpful and caring. Tanu ji , Ratan and Ashish did a great job in Restaurant- Chowk. Will definitely love to come back. They remembered that I was diabetic and arranged sugerfree phirni for me. Taj hospitality is still above all.

The Hotel Taj Ganges in Varanasi transformed my lofty expectations into cherished memories. It offered supreme comfort and boasted of breathtaking elegance that only heightened its allure. The CHOWK restaurant shifted to the first floor and exuded a unique charm. The holi buffet served both veg and non-veg options and was attentively catered to by an excellent staff group, including TANU, ABHILASH, NIKITA, ROHIT, UTKARSH, and MS.PAL. Their excellent behaviour, warm interaction, and the special attention they gave each guest left us all feeling significant. Each moment was a delightful experience at the Taj Ganges.
