SR HOTEL

Very bad service we are arrive at 9pm and told him to hot water fir bath as tiered from journey, there reply me that they are busy so not provide hot water at night also not provide soap and towel as basic things

The location is good but the maintenance of the rooms and hotel is not good. Service is pathetic and the condition of washroom is very dirty and unfunctional.

This is worst room I've never been in my life. In their site they have photos with clean and good room but this is all a fake pucture. Unfortunately the room was totally dirty with black walls fool of dirt . Television not working. I had no Wi-fi at all. At the middle of the night some people started to bump our door and wanted to get inside... You dont feel safe at this hotel and lot lot of noise in the middle of the night. Lot of mosquitoes eat our skin and left as with marks. This hotel is far from the area of VARANASI and it was the worst experience ever... I dont recommended it for any European citizen. Watch out guys. This hotel is a real hell.

Full of small cockroach. Avoid this hotel. No kitchen. Food delivery will take 40 to 50 minutes

I stayed SR hotel on college trip for 1 night so i can't describe it well but it's good and affordable. This hotel is located at the middle of the market road a bit far from Varanasi Ganga Ghats. All over experience is good and memorable.

Very poor place to stay, tinny and dirty rooms. Old, teared and spotted linens. Very poor service. Worst entrance. Take care of your valuables because we loosen our bags from here.
