Rooms booked by IRCTC for Karnataka Bharat Gaurav Kashi Yatra package.

This was the third hotel we stayed during our ten day Bharat Gaurav Yatra, and by far the best. The room was spacious, tgere were a couple of chairs and a table, fresh towels, and soap; amenities that should be taken for granted, but were lacking, at other places. The place has ambience of a great hotel with marbled floors and staircases. With only two floors, there was no lift. Why is it called a motel, instead of a hotel? Beats me, when you consider the evolution of hotels into motels, when travel by motor cars became common in the 40's. The layout of a motel is quite different than that of a hotel. This is no motel, but a very good hotel.

The area is good enough to cater 400-500 people ceremony. Ample space for separate rituals .

Attended a wedding in this hotel. Service and hotel staffs were good Rooms were also good And the wedding was great Located a bit far from Ganga Ghat

It's worst then ever, no management, no arrangements in rooms for mosquitos.

I stayed here in the year 2021, then It was very nice. Actually it was my friend's marriage. Now this time few days back I have a high level programme in Varanasi and wanted to stay there. I took hotel contact from my friend and called them one month back. I told over telephone to book for two days stay in March. The person over other end agreed and confirmed my booking. But later while I am calling them from airport after my arrival to city of light, they clearly and very rudely refused my booking. That shocked me utterly. It is not expected from any hotel. The management should enquire this. I will be glad if they get back to me for feedback.

The property looked good, large, clean and quite spacious. Rooms were also quite good, if not great. However, the staff was pathetic and very unfriendly. We were to attend a function and our host had booked these rooms for us. There was no room service at all. We had to arrange for our own food. They did not provide tea or even drinking water. We had to buy them all for us. The staff in reception spent time discussing local news and politics. Sense of service was completely missing. Rs.2k+ with such service is nothing but pathetic. Not recommended.

It's near Pahari road . For marriage more than 300+ gathering it's not good. Extremely congested. Atmosphere is good ..room easy avaliable here . Room service is also good .staff behaviour is awesome . I came here for my friend marriage . I'd love this place .
