Radisson Hotel Varanasi

It was not a bad stay overall, but it could have been vastly better. The staff was nice and accomodating, but the reception could use a few more people, as we had to wait a long time to check in. The rooms were good, no complaints there. The included breakfast however could be much better. The baked goods were dry and they should consider a better baker. The food could use a little more variety and a little less oil. To conclude, it was not bad but there is still a long way to go.

Find a very special person like ANAND. Service was very very good. food was excellent. The rooms are very, very comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly. The hotel is not far away from the centre of town and you can get the gouger river with a lot taxi drivers that you can find in front of the hotel

The room service was very good, with extra water bottles and cutlery provided upon request. The air conditioning was slightly too cold, and the selection of TV channels was limited. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they kindly set up an extra bed for us. The in-room dining food was also enjoyable. The bath water was warm, and the room offered a pleasant view facing the swimming pool.

Our stay at the Radisson was well received. The Hospitality of the staff was comfortable and admirable. The ambiance was immaculate. The comprehensive meals were of a wide variety catering for international cuisine. I would highly recommend a visit here. The location is also placed in the vicinity of an Army and Police base which adds a strong sense of security.

Im a regular at radisson globally, but this time radisson varanasi was a utter disappointment, upon my booking on booking.com everything was confirmed but upon arrival there was a huge mess up and the staff at reception were not friendly and neither professional, and to top it all rude. Booking was with breakfast but upon arrival was told its included then the morning of breakfast was told its not included. Horrible service from front desk, the price we paid was definitely not value for money. The positive upside thou was sandeep from the restaurant and virendra from house keeping who always smiled and was every ready to assist these two guys definitely need recognition for the effort they put in. I hope the manager recognises the efforts these two put into the service delivery. Rooms were always kept neat and tidy by Virendra. And at the restaurant sandeep always ensured timeous service.

It was an amazing experience. There services were too good in every aspect. Behavior of all the staffs including the receptionist were very polite and they all are very much cooperative. Room was clean with proper house keeping service and very tasty Foods.

Radisson hotel is good for the guest and it is also valued for money.. and great experience with great staff.. enjoyed the stay very much and lot of memories we had made. |Specially for Kashi Vishwanath what a lovely temple and peaceful experience feel.

My stay at the Radissonwas truly exceptional! From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and at ease. The room was beautifully appointed, clean, and offered all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect, within easy walking distance of city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Varanasi
