Pristine Hotel

We recently stayed at Hotel Pristine, we are a family of 4 from South Africa and spent a week in Varanasi. Hotel Pristine went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We had a gluten free traveler with us and Pristine ensured that they met all our dietary requirements. Umesh, the manager was very receptive towards our special needs and requests. Umesh is a true asset to the hotel. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We have plans of returning to Varanasi in the near future and would (without a doubt) be staying at Hotel Pristine. Thanks Hotel Pristine for the unforgettable experience!

The hotel was good and the morning buffet also was good enough (not so lavish) and tasted nice. The staff is friendly and the service was nice. The area is on a little outskirts so if you wish to go to the main areas, take local conveyance instead of your own car (if without a driver). Overall a good experience and recommend for your next trip.

This hotel is lovely, modern and clean |The beds are very comfortable and the shower facilities are great. There is enough storage for a short stay |The downstairs coffee shop is kitted out in a contemporary style and serves lovely food. However, this can be hit and miss. On one occasion some of the food was cold and on another the order was misunderstood by the waiter and the meal wasn't made. This was rectified the following day after our rep spoke with the restaurant manager but there is little flexibility in food that is not on the buffet menu, which is served in the main restaurant. |Staff in the main restaurant cannot do enough to serve you and are always there to help. |I would recommend this hotel but I would say that you need to be very clear when ordering food about what you want

Service beyond five star hotels from manager, porter, dining area staff. I never saw these types of service before anywhere, I travelled. Pleasant stay with very good price at last minute booking B2B rate in busy season. Mostly clients from USA, Canada, and S. American countries in this hotel. Dinner you can order accordingly your diet.

the hotel is situated on the main road, very clean and spacious rooms, breakfast is superb. everything was perfect except the cold vibe from the all the staff from the moment I entered. they didnt welcome or even smile at the guest while talking. their room service was very late. only one staff "subir chatterjee" at the reception the next morning was warm in talking to us and told us its due to staff shortage we got such experience.

Pristine was very good. Although my room was not serviced - particularly re fresh water. Breakfast choice was so-so, but service was friendly and very helpful. The front desk was excellent in sorting out a complicated taxi ride for me.

We were group of 10 people and we had booked 5 rooms We all enjoyed our 3 night stay at the hotel Rooms were spacious and clean There was a good spread of Breakfast with variety everyday ! We even had dinner at hotel ! Staff was courteous and helpful

My papa (74) and mummy(67) visited the pristine hotel in April 2025 with 4 other couples .|They were delighted with the service.|Being all senior citizens, they were taken care of cert well by staff.|Rooms were clean and their stay was comfortable.|They particularly enjoyed their meals and good locality of the hotel near Government circuit house.
