Om Vilas Benares - Luxury Hotel Resort in Varanasi

A Wonderful Stay at OM Villas, Varanasi! One of the best places to stay in Varanasi! OM Villas is exceptionally hygienic, and the customer service is outstanding--warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the staff are simply amazing. The bar is excellent, and whatever we requested, they never said no--they always went the extra mile to accommodate us. I want to give a special shout-out to Kumud, an incredibly energetic and lovely lady who, along with her amazing team, took great care of us. Her hospitality truly made our stay memorable. A small yet delightful moment I'd love to share--we were sitting at the bar when we saw the cocktail maker preparing a cold coffee. Out of curiosity, we asked him what it was, and he mentioned it was a special coffee for the property owner. Without hesitation, he gladly made one for us as well, and it was absolutely fantastic! A huge thank you to the entire restaurant team, and especially to Kumud! You all made our experience at OM Villas truly special. We can't wait to visit again!

Excellent food and even better staff.. dearest manoj and mohit really made our visit memorable . And Bipasha took care of all our needs. With such people any establishment will definitely do very well. I will definitely come again to enjoy the food and the beautiful grounds of Om Vilaas.

Excellent hotel and staff. New experience with lush green infrastructure. I recommend everyone to visit once here to enjoy the hotel. Ok vilas benaras has tried something new for a luxury feel and I appreciate this new novel experience. Great .

The best thing that l liked on my stay was that l liked the traditional way of wearing dresses for all the waiter/waitress actually we went there for dinner and l liked it the very best one and l also liked the taste of food whichever l ordered the cake was very very delicious and the resort was also nice . We also liked the services which was used for all the guests. Really l am saying that it is very very very nice.

Had asked a quote to host a 2 day event. Being so busy not to be available for business while being in business sounds a bit off to me. Communication, prioritisation, customer engagement and timeliness- I found these key ingredients missing with this property. Would not wish to recommend anyone who value time and communication ahead of anything.

Nagendra singh this side we all came here from the railway department to have dinner in Machan restaurant and I would like to thank om Vilas staff for the service which is top notch everyone is attention to detail and the lady was also comparative she handled so nicely soft spoken ms vipaasha and veziri also we enjoyed too much

In this special day of mother's day we came with our all family and our mom I appreciate om Vilas Benares and staf specially Bipasha and Mohit , Sunil for the service food was delicious and the cake also nice thank you so much we will definitely come again to visit and celebrate more
