Namaste Benares Varanasi

Unprofessional behaviour to the guests by the hotel staffs. They don't even allow you to extend the checkout time by 10mins even the ladies are changing. Staffs are knocking the doors in every minute even a lady asked them to wait for 10 mins. This is not acceptable at all. I am writing this review to make everyone aware not to choose this hotel at all. They only prefer Foreigners as they are charging around 5500-6000rs to them for only one room where the actual price is around 2800rs. There are many hotels near Godolia but they don't behave like this. Worst experience with Namaste Benaras and not at all recommended to anyone

Excellent hospitality and cleanliness. Well maintained room and hygeine one. Comfortable customer service. Definitely, will book again when we are planning for varanasi trip.

Although our stay was really short , i have nothing but positive experience. I requested hotel to arrange for pick up and drop from Airport, both times it was prompt and comfortable.||Location of this hotel is close to Kashi Vishwanath mandir and is close to Dasashwamedh ghat where you can hire a share a boat to go to other side and enjoy nice dip in Ganga.||You can hire local rickshaw's and visit numerous ghats closeby. Sankat Mochan hanuman mandir is must visit.||I can easily recommend anyone to stay at this place.

One of the worst hotels to stay , we booked it for our elderly parents and family to stay. Since we are from south Indian they treated them bad without respect. Even before they finished there breakfast the hotel authority had cleared the room and kept the baggage out side which is total disrespect.... never visit this hotel ....such a disgusting people even 1 star is hopeless... 1. We understood how people treat south Indian when we visit north India. We south Indian need to learn how they treat us we need to show it to them. When they visit south India.... Hopeless disgusting people

The staff were unprofessional and seemed to have zero training on dealing with guests. We were late to check out from the hotel by 10-12 mins the staff started shouting.They were consistently knocking the door several I was shocked by the lack of professionalism...

Worst experience ever. Person who's available at counter don't have manners..if you are booking online pls be careful they will offer you another room ground floor location which is suffocated also no ventilation 0signal ..service is also pathetic . Suggestion : same price you will get better options

Hotel location was difficult to find. Bedsheets were not clean. Sharing the photo of one of the pillows having fungus. Hotel staff was helpful.

Rooms are small but neat and clean. Overall hotel is neat and clean but approach is shady from either side.Temple gate and dashwamedh ghat is 0.5 kms from hotel. Lot of places to eat around. Staff is helpful. Ask for room with windows.
