Madin Hotel

nice hotel, very comfortable. the food is great and the pool is wonderful. the only downside of the pool is the view, sadly it looks over not the greatest part of town. |they do have a shop but it's hours are weird and different than posted also the signage is wrong. signage throughout the hotel could be improved, it's tricky to find the pool, spa, shop, etc...

We stayed at Madin for three nights with expectations aligned to a 5-star hotel experience. Unfortunately, our stay fell short, particularly in terms of the food quality and hospitality at the cafe. The buffet breakfast included with the room was disappointing -- it lacked variety, presentation, and overall quality. The bakery items were underwhelming, and the spread did not reflect the standards expected of a premium breakfast offering. Moreover, the staff appeared untrained and ill-equipped to cater to guests accustomed to high-end service. I would strongly recommend that management undertake a comprehensive review of the breakfast menu and its presentation. Additionally, investing in staff training would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and better align with the expectations of elite clientele. Thank you.

Would absolutely NEVER STAY AGAIN ! The outer lobby and garden is filled with thousands of mosquitoes! I have been all over the city and not seen more than a couple. They are not sufficiently controlling the breeding cycles in the plants or in the water features. When I questioned the situation I was meant by Mostly dismissive responses. The receptionist told me that it's the time of year and that they're doing everything possible NOT True!! I am covered in Hunter's grade deet And the swarm surrounds me! Going up my nose and in my mouth. One of my greatest concerns about coming to India were diseases transmitted by mosquitoes. I had all of my vaccinations and took all precautions. I find the lack of modern mosquito repellent technology in the lobby of a five star hotel OUTRAGEOUS, and BORDERING ON a DEATH trap. 99% of all reviews I post are about positivity and Gratefulness!

Location is great. Right on mall road. Nice neighborhood around. Far from temple, ghat etc. Limited car parking inside. Parking on the street. Rooms are nicely done up. Italian marble all around in the bathroom with bathtub. Room size it bit small though. No views from the room window as they face to other hotels which are very close. Breakfast is great and has a nice spread. Staff is good and helpful. Everything is great but not a 5 star experience forvsure. I feel Tarriff is bit higher compared to other 5 star properties around. I would say below 10k is the right price.

Overall, good service, good bar, good food! The rating 3/5 was given due to noise nuisance. On a Saturday night there was loud DJ music and pounding vibration in my second floor room until 2.30am, which prevented us from sleeping. I called reception to complain twice and there were no actions taken. I did leave a review at the hotel and reinforced the problems to front desk staff upon check out once again, very politely always, and silence was all I got in return. Unfortunately, this stained our stay and I wouldn't recommend the place if you want genuine rest ina 5-star hotel.

Beautiful entrance near front desk. A big aquarium with cute fish One thing which I absolutely loved about this hotel is the staff especially the housekeeping and restaurant staff. Housekeeping staff cleaned my room multiple times a day if I put the clean my room tag. However first day when I arrived here I felt the bedsheet might not have been replaced after the use of previous customer so I got it changed. They even provided bajaj almond hair oil, sanitary napkin and multiple room slippers. Restaurant supervisor accompdated my wish to provide my complimentary breakfast when I arrived a little late after Mandir darshan. Bed was comfortable. Room view was good. Washroom was pleasant as well. I had a lovely stay here. Its close to Hotels like Amaya, Rivitas right adjacent to it. My friends were staying there. I came here for a medical conference at The Taj Ganges. I couldn't use their swimming pool and sauna due to paucity of time. Lekin sara banaras zarur ghoom liya maine. Haha. Gym looked small though.

Our stay at this luxurious Varanasi hotel was worth every penny. While our initial check-in experience was a bit underwhelming - the receptionist's demeanor was rather indifferent and communication was a slight challenge - it was the only minor hiccup in an otherwise exceptional stay. Every other staff member we encountered, from the helpful bellhop to the attentive room service team, the friendly dining staff, and even the manager, provided outstanding service. Our room was immaculate and well-appointed with all the expected Western amenities. A particular highlight was the cable television, which allowed us to enjoy both the India vs. England ODI cricket match and the Super Bowl - a fantastic treat while traveling so far from home! The included breakfast was truly exceptional. The extensive buffet offered over 20 items (plus various chutneys and sambar), with the option to customize dishes like dosas and omelets. We especially appreciated the inclusion of delicious eggless donuts, a thoughtful touch for vegetarian guests. The opportunity to sample authentic Varanasi chai in a traditional clay pot, alongside expertly prepared coffee, further enhanced the dining experience. We thoroughly enjoyed every breakfast. Finally, we appreciated the daily room service, a definite plus compared to the less frequent service offered at some hotels.

Recently we had a wedding party at hotel Madin Varanasi, had an amazing time at your hotel! Nice location, the rooms were clean and comfortable, delicious menus and the staff were incredibly welcoming and ready to help. Can't wait to come back:))
