Lakshman Guest House Varanasi

first of all room was not available, so provided another homestay for accommodation, the only thing about this property is location which is near to every ghats and temples apart from service is very poor, maintenance also very poor. in the room fans does not have regulator but they denied to provide blanket . no chair or table, not even any toiletries provided. room also very small. no wi-fi. The property owner should think about basic customer needs at least.. no humanity!!

Rooms are good and management know English also and they're very responsible towards guests, highly recommend

Absolutely worse customer service. Came to varanasi to give an exam and on reaching the hotel on 10 pm they told me that the booking is cancelled

Nice, comfortable and clean room as well as bathroom. Location is a walking distance from the Railway station and bus stand. Host is very nice and helping.

Located inside the BHU campus. It's the best stay for someone who usually comes to the college for university work. Although getting rooms are a little tough because they give on priority basis more like politics basis. If some deemed personality like politician etc arrives then this guest house is fully booked for them

Superb service by Lakshman guest house. I stay there for one night. They offered rooms on really affordable prices. Maintainance of room was excellent. I will stay there everytime I visit varanasi. Thank you.
