Hotel Varanasi Heritage

Overall excellent experience.||Travelled with family including senior citizens. Location of the hotel is very nice. I was anticipating issues related to AC or cleaning as I have been reading in various reviews. However, did not find any such issue during the visit. Rooms were very clean and also they were quick to respond to any ad hoc requests. AC was centrally operated with individual control panel in the room. Rooms are very well sized, and equipped with all required facilities like TV. Other basic amenities were provided without a fuss. Daily two bottle mineral water and change of towels/linen was done. We had included breakfast as part of the deal and the same has reasonable variety. Dinner we took ala-carte and the quality & taste of the food was very good.||||There is some scope of adding more variety in the breakfast buffet. Also, they can improvise further by keeping the rooms ready before the check-in time.||||Interacted with Mr Amit over phone to make direct booking. All staff is very helpful and cooperative.

Food is fantastic. Room is very good and also staffs were very nice and friendly. Their service were very good as expected. Overall, solid 4 star rating from my side. Will recommend everyone to stay. This was about pros. Now, about cons, the location of this was a bit congested meaning there will be parking issues. Also, some construction work is going right now which will cause discomfort especially for those who will stay in this right now like me. I travelled with my family includi g one senior citizen.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Varanasi Heritage. The rooms were clean and service was commendable. All basic amenities were covered nicely. The complimentary breakfast was great too. Specially, Megha on the reception desk was very polite and helpful.

Everything is good. Food was absolutely delicious. The room service was fast and the everyone are having friendly behaviour. |The room was clean and all the necessities were provided. One if planning to stay in varanasi should stay here. One of the advantage is the closeness to the tulsi ghat and assi ghat well as kashi vishwanath temple

Location is good. 200-300 metre from Aussi Ghat. Room is clean and good. But all rooms are not same type with same charge. You will not get sunlight from maximum rooms may be. Central Air Conditioner is working fine. Service persons behaviour is good but service time is very long. Some time you may have to wait 1 hour for water in room. Restaurants taking long time to prepare order so be prepared for long wait before placing order. Overall the hotel is good, food taste is good, most of the service persons behaviour is good but their services are very very time taking, pathetic and complete after repeated reminder. It may be due to their less no of service persons or anything else.

The rooms at Hotel Varanasi Heritage are luxurious and beautiful. They are equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including plush beds, crisp linens, and modern bathrooms. The rooms are also tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. One of the things I appreciate most about Hotel Varanasi Heritage is its breakfast. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options to choose from. The breakfast is available with particular suites, making it an even more special experience. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Hotel Varanasi Heritage. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable getaway. The hotel's beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast, and child-friendly environment make it the perfect place to stay. I am already looking forward to my next visit to Hotel Varanasi Heritage. I know that I will once again be able to relax and rejuvenate in its luxurious and welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel is disappointing overall, with the only positive being its convenient location near Assi Ghat. Construction work for a new wing is currently ongoing, adding to the discomfort. The rooms are very small and there isn't a knowledgeable staff member available to handle issues properly. During my stay, I faced a major problem with the water supply -- hot water was coming out of all taps, including those in the toilet, and the staff had no effective solution. The Hotel Manager was particularly unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills; it would be advisable for the hotel to reconsider his position. The new wing's rooms are poorly designed, with curtains awkwardly placed at the head of the bed, causing constant disturbance. Additionally, the hotel charges an extra 12% for UPI payments and strongly prefers cash transactions, which feels quite unreasonable. In summary, apart from its good location, this hotel does not offer a comfortable or professional experience. Also the breakfast was not good.

It has been a great experience. The staff is profession and cooperative. We got late accidentally and still staff was humble and cooperative and managed to get us an early check out. The rooms are nice and spacious. Bathroom is clean and location is neighbour freindly.
