The restaurant at Hotel Uday Palace provides a decent dining experience with a pleasant ambiance and courteous staff. The service was prompt, and hygiene was well-maintained, which added to the comfort. However, the food quality was good some dishes were flavorful, while others lacked the authentic taste I expected. While it's a convenient option for hotel guests, there is room for improvement in the overall taste and variety. A good place for a meal, but with some refinements, it could be even better!

Very pathetic experience. No heigine. Provided used towels. Bed sheets are smelly. Inside the pillow cover and blanket blood spots were seen. Zero house keeping support. Very expensive as compare to others hotel. Very limited food menu in their complimentary breakfast. No south indian breakfast. Low quality food.

Here's the updated review: "Extremely Disappointing Experience" I stayed at Hotel Uday and had a highly disappointing experience despite paying a significant amount for my stay. The front desk staff, especially the manager, was cold and unwelcoming. Not a single person, including the food server, displayed even the slightest courtesy or warmth - no smiles, no hospitality. The breakfast experience was equally disheartening. They served tea and coffee in disposable glasses, which felt cheap and completely unworthy of the price charged. When I requested a normal cup, the server outright denied it, saying they didn't have any. This was shocking and unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Overall, the service was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hospitable stay.

Uday palace is at rajendra vihar colony , Nevada Varanasi. It's on the main road so easily accessible. Rooms are beautiful. There are approx 33 rooms in the hotel. Approximate cost around rs 4000. They have banquets and restaurants as well. Three different banquets of different capacities. The rate is around Rs 1050 per plate after discount. The restaurant view is beautiful as well. Service needs to be improved.

The 1 star for service is for restaurant staff only who were prompt and helpful. The food at the restaurant was decent as well. The location was ok, as we had to attend events close to this location but you will have to bear the disturbance and commition from the main road all day long. Coming to the specifics, 1) No hot water - I see multiple reviews stating the same and I should have checked it before booking this hotel. Despite multiple requests they do not provide hot water in peak winters even with a young toddler. They give unbelievably lame excuses like the heater is just switched on, there are more guests using it now, guests complain of extreme heat water and what not! 2) Rooms not made - despite requesting and handing over the keys to make our room, it was not made. They did not even replace the towels and water bottle in the room 3) Torn towels and soiled sheets - The "fresh" towel that we were provided after multiple requests was torn and the sheets also had multiple stains which was not replaced We had booked this hotel for 2 nights post which we moved to hotel SDS Grand which is right opposite to this hotel. SDS Grand was far more superior to this in terms of room service, hot water provision and general cleanliness

It's been very fantastic and comfortable accomodation to stay in this Hotel.. Staff is very helpful and room is very spacious with good facilities. I strongly recommend this hotel fir stay.. Very convenient to access nearby attractions

A Wonderful Stay at Uday Palace - Kashi Vishwanath. I had a truly pleasant experience during my stay at the Kashi Vishwanath hotel. The rooms were not only comfortable but also impeccably hygienic. I appreciated the hot water facility, the convenience of the elevator to reach the floors, and the heater, which made the stay even more comfortable. The meals were a highlight of the stay. Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious options every day. What impressed me even more was their thoughtful approach in accommodating our request to cater specifically for a senior citizen group, ensuring everyone had meals suited to their needs. The hotel management truly stands out. From the security staff to the hotel manager, the chef, restaurant staff, and housekeeping, everyone was highly trained, humble, and attentive. They were always available to help, round the clock, ensuring our stay was as smooth and pleasant as possible. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kashi Vishwanath. The combination of comfort, quality service, and attention to detail made our stay memorable.
