Wonderful Stay at Hotel The Westinn, Varanasi. I had an excellent experience staying at Hotel The Westinn during my visit to Varanasi. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and convenience, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The beds are cozy, and the overall ambiance of the room is warm and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The staff deserves special praise for their courteous and attentive service. From check-in to check-out, they made sure all my needs were met with a smile. From Reception, Bell boy, room services all are amazing, Mrs. Kashika and Mr.Aktar both coordinated wonderfully. Totally good in service as they have to improve inside room facilities as like new trends. Totally 90 out of 100 thanks

We recently stayed at this hotel as a group of five friends, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out--especially thanks to Mr. Armaan at the front desk. He was incredibly warm, professional, and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Whether it was helping us coordinate room preferences, offering great local tips, or just greeting us each day with a genuine smile, Mr. Armaan truly made a difference. He treated us like friends rather than just guests, which really added a personal touch to our trip. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and located conveniently, but it's the staff--especially Armaan--who made it memorable. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for great service and a friendly atmosphere!

Overall it was a good experience The reception staff are very good and helpful, food at the restaurant is great and service of the restaurant staff is excellent. We were served by Nizam during our 3 nights stay and we are very pleased with his behavior and hospitality. Rooms are average: broken toilet seats, charging points don't work, room service is poor, no hand towels in the room, dirty sheets.

I recently stayed at The Westinn and had an amazing experience! The room was clean and comfortable. Front office staff Mr Armaan was very helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

Very Bad Experience Non co-operative staff Hotel needs serious maintenance. Carpet in the foyer stinks. Bathroom fittings are either damaged or partially working . WC lid is non compatible with current WC. No Hot water in the shower Stayed for 15days but no change in any of the above said issue. Room lock was damaged and every time I have to call someone to open it with Master card. Becouse actual room key was not working. Wifi was not working (recharge nhi karwaya tha- excuse from the hotel) Worst experience

I had a terrible experience with the hotel room I stayed in. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy, with stains all over the walls, and the floor was sticky. The sink had a foul odor, and the shower area was unkempt and covered with grime. The overall cleanliness was far below any reasonable standard, and it made my stay incredibly uncomfortable. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially if cleanliness is a priority.

We were very happy with the service, location, cleanliness, and food. Hospitality of Nawazuddin and Priyanshu was excellent. Only issue was with a crack in the bath tub that caused leaks in the wall. Humble request...to provide Mosquito repellent for peaceful stay. - Shankar
