Hotel Sarin Inn Heritage

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel for one nights, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The rooms were untidy with no basic amenities provided (toilet roll, body wash/lotion, kettle was stinking) upon arrival, and despite assurances, they remained so throughout our stay. The most concerning issue was the unpleasant odor emanating from the Room and ac was not working whole night no parking was available while on internet it was showing parking is available . Such a worst experience never suggesting anyone to go there

The hotel looks great from the outside and in pictures which is on MMT site. However, I'm quite disappointed with myself for booking my stay at this hotel. Here is a list of the positives and negatives: Cons: 1. When the first room was given to me, the bathroom flush was broken and not working properly. I asked the hotel personnel to switch my room, and they did, but I wasn't satisfied with the room cleanness. 2. The hotel's infrastructure has to be renovated because many of the items are deteriorated and outdated 3. This hotel has its own restaurants, and they advise us to eat there rather than outside. However, I think the price of the dish is excessive. For instance, the cost of the masala papad is Rs. 100. 4. The bedsheet is soiled and damaged. 5. There is a lot of dust in the windows, on the table, and at the corners of the bed. 6. Two times while we were there at night, someone attempted to open our door, but we had locked it from the inside, so they were unsuccessful. After complaining to the reception, they confirmed that the kids (other room guests) were doing. In my opinion, handling your guest in this manner is quite unprofessional. 7. The housekeeping staff has to improve more because they are eager to get their work done and open the guest rooms as soon as possible. They are unable to wait until we open the door from inside. Pros: 1. The hotel receptionists are excellent, kind, and provided me with the right guidance whenever I needed it. 2. I am giving this hotel a two-star rating based only on the reception staff. I would advise that rather than responding to this feedback, the hotel should make infrastructure improvements as these are crucial for a comfortable and hygienic stay.

Hotel location is good, close from railway station and temple, housekeeping staff is very cooperative and nice, saket pandey is nice person, explain everything how to visit all temple and ganga aarti, I recommend this hotel.

"I called the hotel and booked a room for 10,000. After checking in, they suddenly demanded 20,000. When I questioned it, the hotel manager, Ritesh kapoor , spoke to me very rudely and even asked me to vacate the room. These people are committing fraud, increasing and decreasing rates as they please due to the Kumbh Mela, and harassing devotees."

A big no for regular business travelers and Banquet bookings . 1.No coordination between Hotel and restaurant as they both are operating on different models. 2. Not a single staff is able to cater customer with a positive reply apart from providing an unethical and over monetary resolution. 3. Totally uneducated staff with no sense of Hospitality gestures. 4. Get ready to spoil your relationship and your image infront of your guest incase of Banquet bookings as they have recently created a hassle at my sister's pre marriage function by annoying my guests with multiple unethical execuses. 5. Parking facility is also very limited. Better to stay at Doms or go home back apart from facing them and their so called Heritage Hotel . " get Ready to face Dabang people of Varansi incase you ask for anything that you paid for ". Just adjust and manage a night incase you have booked by mistake and leave next day.

Stayed here for 13 and 14/12. Room was neatly cleaned with hygiene bed covers etc .....staff was nicely behaved and informative ....room service was good. Food was tasty and reasonable...... overall a good stay.....

Very good hospitality with nice range of food at affordable prices. Really liked my stay here.
