Hotel Royal Livin - Best Hotel in Varanasi

We stayed here for 1 full week. This is an Excellent Family Hotel - feels more like home.than a standard hotel. The location is ideal - calm n peaceful opposite a green park , yet close to Ghats, temples and market areas.|The rooms, amenities & specially food is Best in class. Amazing customer service, ambient rooms, cleanliness . I stayed here from 10th feb to 16 feb 2025. I had taken my extended family of 18 people, most of whom were staying for the first time in hotel. They had a very homely and grand experience of their life. Especially during the heavy load days of Mahakumbh, their service and food quality was top notch. Staff led by Mr Rahul Pandey were really grounded and so very cordial with all my family members. They took feedback daily about food , cleanliness etc. I highly recommend Hotel Royal Livin for stay and best food in Varanasi

We arrived as a party of ten, weary from our journey, at midnight. To our pleasant surprise, Mr. Rahul Pandey, the hotel manager, personally welcomed us with his attentive staff member, Ajay Paswan. The check-in process was seamless, and by the time we reached our rooms, everything was perfectly prepared--our luggage already in place. Throughout our stay, the staff remained consistently courteous, helpful, and responsive to our needs. During breakfast, Vivek Shukla and the team extended warm hospitality, and their efficiency truly stood out, leaving a lasting impression. I highly recommend this hotel to international travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and professionally managed accommodation option.

Experience was very nice. Location is pretty good which helps to reach out to near places. Hotel staff very cooperative and make sure to take care of your needs. Neat hotel with spacious room. I will recommend everyone to stay here. Positive vibes here. Everything perfect

The rooms are nicely built and the location is good as well. However, there were a few things that made our stay a bit inconvenient: 1. There is a set of rules provided by the hotel, laminated and kept in each room, which clearly states that drinking and smoking are not allowed inside the rooms. However, the previous guest in our room had smoked inside, leaving behind a very unpleasant smell. Despite our complaint, the only solution offered was to spray room freshener, which did not resolve the issue. Our suggestion: either don't have a rule book, or if you do, ensure guests strictly adhere to it. When we asked the housekeeping staff, they said smoking is allowed in the room, which was confusing and contradictory. 2. After a long journey and a full day of sightseeing, we were exhausted and went upstairs for dinner. However, there was a food photography session happening in the restaurant, and we were asked to switch our dine-in order to room service. It then took more than 30 minutes for the food to arrive. Suggestion: since dinner is already scheduled between 8-10 pm, kindly reserve your restaurant's personal activities either before dinner hours or after they conclude. These inconveniences might not seem major, but after a tiring day, they do contribute to a less-than-satisfactory experience.

We booked for a small family gathering. It was a perfect stay for us. The rooms are quite good spacious plus the location is also at peaceful environment. The market is at walking distance. The restaurant takes time to prepare food but is quite homely and fresh. Only con is their house keeping policy i.e cleaning the room without the permission which they justify that it is their policy and they have the right to do so even in the absence of booking owner which sounds absurd. All the management is good, the owner is quite polite. Overall my stay was a pleasant one but definitely need to change their housekeeping policy by respecting the guests privacy.

Our stay here was comfortable and relaxing. The peaceful surroundings and the park made all the difference. We also enjoyed the food--it was flavorful and satisfying.
