HOTEL RIO BENARAS

Last week I was there in hotel Rio Benaras. Though this hotel is slightly off the road, however the service, rooms and breakfast were amazing. I will strongly recommend this budget hotel in three star series. It's economical, certain rooms are really good, having good balcony. I stayed here for three days.

A very comfortable hotel that felt safe and secure. The food we had in the restaurant in the evenings was delicious. However, there is currently construction of an addition to the hotel taking place. I could not believe that the room they put us in initially was right next to the building works. We could not open our curtains as work men would have been looking straight in and the air conditioner brought all the dust in from outside making it difficult to breathe. To the hotels credit, on our request they moved us to another room on the other side of the hotel but we should never have been in a position to ask for this in the first place, especially for the price we paid for the room. Our new room was lovely though with a super comfortable bed and hreat shower. Reception staff were a bit dismissive and could have engaged better with us. Breakfast was only average - food could have been fresher.

One of the best hotels to stay in Varanasi, right from the time of check in to the check out everything was perfect. The rooms were with a touch of luxury and bathrooms were absolutely clean and equipped with all modern amenities. Room comes with a balcony view . AC is strong and room service is excellent. Restaurant serves tasty north Indian dishes and the waiters are calm and well mannered catering to all needs of the customer.

Hi all, this is Padmini from Bangalore , was staying at Rio Banaras Hotel through Namaste Kashi tour by Dinesh Mishra Ji, i really had a wonderful tour at Ayodhya and VARNASI, and our family stay at the Hotel accomodation was good like maintaining good cleanliness , hygiene and food , i should mention abt the Hotel. Staff were very kind and friendly for me and family, i should mention abt Shaistha, Neha and Piyush , who were so helpful in getting my web chk in and the seat selection and the boarding pass, as my phone had some problem with the internet and was not able to move further , I just told them, they were so helpful in getting the things right with a great smile on their faces , Piyush especially took went through the process from the beginning keying in all the family details and further, until I got the printing of the boarding pass, i really appreciate their intrest and the willingness to help and understand the situation of the others urgency. I wholeheartedly wish them a prosperous growth in future and ever, Thank you

Ambience is very beautiful amd comfortable. Food was delicious. The staff was quick and friendly. Specially Pintu Pandey ji served us to his best. Over all it was a great experience.

Location was pretty much in the middle of nowhere. |Filthy place, inside the rooms and in the hallways/staircase. Bed sheets felt damp from the poor ventilation in the room. Bathroom was ok, however it took forever (maybe 3-4 minutes) for the warm water to finally appear in the shower. |So glad I did not travel with my wife, not sure I could have made her stay there.|The only bright spot was the restaurant. Very friendly staff that tried hard to please, and the food was good.

We had a great experience staying in Rio Banaras. Our requests have been fulfilled immediately and Food is excellent. Happy to visit again. Thank you
