The location of the hotel suited us as we had a long deluxe coach that we needed to be parked close to our hotel. The owner, Mr. Pandey and his family were nice to talk to. ||Rooms are spacious, clean room floor and walls. Our room had 2 single sofa-cum-beds (nice condition). Bathroom was ok but quite small and dirty. Termite visible above the bathroom door (inside of the bathroom). Bucket, WC were dirty, tiles and sink were dirty. No geyser in the bathroom. Other room had the switch, still no hot water on day 2. I had to bathe with absolutely cold water. Room has a wooden table and no other facilities (electric kettle, glasses, chair). Hygiene should never be overlooked in this business but I guess Yogi ji needs to run multiple campaigns to make the hotel owners aware about the overall importance of tourism and hospitality. ||The bathroom is at least 1 foot high from the room floor. There should be a wooden step to aid easy access to the bathroom. Senior citizens had a tough time with this, Whatever little problems we faced are due to poor understanding the local staff has for hospitality. ||Linen was not clean, blanket on the bed and the extra blanket provided was terrible - dirty and shredding. We were 3 in a room and we kept requesting for 2 single extra blankets whole day only to get them on the next night after waiting whole day. The staff said " ruko warna baki sab bhi mangenge'. ||I felt bad because we paid well and in winters, it is obvious people will need blankets. I am not even complaining about not getting a pillow for the 3rd person in the room. We managed with cushion. The owner let our cooks prepare meals on the terrace. For a space on terrace, we paid 5K though it was not a proper kitchen. Cemented floor with a few tables under a tin shed. |This hotel is at a quiet location - not many autos or rickshaws + no heavy traffic at all. To reach Kashi Vishwanath or ghats, one can get either one conveyance or hop on a couple of ricks. This was good in a sense. Hope the hotel owner will take cognisance of fixable issues and earn 4-5 star reviews.

It was horrible experience. Owner was very rude. He began arguing with me . We dont accept booking from oyo. Ask oyo to cancel ur booking. We dont have vacant rooms. When i told my room was already booked i have paid money for that . He bagan saying oyo dont give us any booking amount so you have to again pay us if you want to stay.. After all the heated arguments he finally given me the room after taking 500 rs more.. Dont ever book this hotel ..

Never ever go in this hotel, for following reasons :- 1. They were denying our check in. Charged double at check in time even my booking was confirmed & fully paid. 2. Boy sits on reception is so lazy. He was not giving our IDs for hours without doing anything. At last when I strictly said, then he clicked photos & returned. Even he asked many times to come at reception without informing why. Just to discuss something wrong happened on booking platform. Customer is not responsible for that. You discuss your business with booking partner. Their entire focus is just to get money without giving any service & hospitality. 3. Poor service. They will not even give you single water bottle when you enter in the room & the amount they charge is very much. It was such a pathetic experience in this hotel. If you are looking for tension free stay, don't book this hotel. Coming to cost: When we reach to the hotel, he denied our checkin, & asked extra charge i.e.. Rs 1800/room + GST. Price shown on Google & other booking platform like Oyo, goibibo is far less than they charged. Even after poor service. #pathetic
