HOTEL FOUR SEASON

To the owner; the guy at reception you have hired is not just rude but with lowest respect for guests. He doesn't know how to respond positively and very rude. We took two rooms and stayed for two days, he denied car parking claiming it's for online people and in night we saw no one had occupied. Later got to know that he sells those parking on rent. Secondly, he charged us extra for half day a whopping amount of 1500 till 6pm. And when asked for UPI payment, he denied and was adamant on cash only (we all know cash always goes in personal pocket not in owner's account).

The only good thing about this hotel is the location from the temple and ghats. Shree Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Dashashwamedh ghat, Manikarnika ghat, etc The rooms are very much ok, lift not working, no room service. We had a unpleasant experience during our stay in 1st week of April 2025. We were just given 2 towels & a small soap being a 3 star hotel. No dental kit, even the towels were not changed. We stayed there for 2 nights 3 days. Totally unprofessional staff. If you ask them about any place they will say no idea about any local place. They don't serve breakfast or anything.

I had a great stay at hotel four season. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with a very comfy bed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I'd definitely recommend it for anyone seeking comfort and convenience.

We stayed at this hotel for 2N/3D. It's a decent place for families/couples Location: This is right in the center, surrounded by the main temples of Kashi - Kashi Vishwanath, Maa Annapurna, Vishalakshi Temple and more. Just a 10 minute walk to the Dasaswamedh Ghat with Godowlia and Vishwanath chowk on the way, making this place a walkable distance from all the major attractions. Staff & Hospitality: There is no complimentary breakfast, we assumed that is something all hotels include but this is not one of them. The room was cleaned and the linens were changed before we entered the room. The staff is quite responsive when asked for something Transport to the hotel: I was told that cabs can pick and drop anytime at the hotel, but that's not completely true. The area where the hotel is follows a strict no vehicle rule from 9am - 9pm except for cycle/e-rickshaws. The nearest you can reach is 1 km before the barricades and then you either have to walk or take a rickshaw if you're reaching after 9am. Finding rickshaws is not a problem at all and you can find it anytime near the hotel Overall a good stay and I can recommend it.

From the moment I arrived, Anand ensured a smooth check-in process and was always available to assist with any inquiries. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly enhanced my stay. The hotel itself is conveniently located near the Dashashwamedh Ghat, making it an ideal choice for those looking to explore the city's spiritual sites. The rooms are well-furnished and equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The on-site restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes, catering to diverse palates. Overall, my experience at Hotel Four Seasons was delightful, largely due to the attentive service provided by Anand and the rest of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone

The rooms are pathetic with no signs of cleanliness and the staff is not polite. Only good thing about the hotel is its location as it is situated at walking distance from all major attractions including the main temple. In nutshell I would definitely *AVOID* staying at the hotel in future.

Had a wonderful time at hotel four seasons. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Stayed here for 2 nights. The staff is extremely helpful, especially the receptionist. It is in walking distance to Dashashwamedh Ghat and Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Lots of food options available outside and they have their own pure veg restaurant too. Autos and rickshaws are also very easily available outside the hotel

very very unclean . no room service. restaurant is closed. they took booking with breakfast and nothing was provided not even tea. I paid for roadside tea. dirty dishes left on the floor for 2 days unwashed . people on reception bad attitude rude people. we woke up at 5 am because of azan announcement windows r nt soundproof.
