Many options nearby then why to stay here. Our tour operator booked for cheap price. In the holy city of Varanasi if veg and nonveg kitchen is same then it's worst. Water was not there for bath and toilet, it take one hour and three reminders to get it

Hotel is decent and good for budget travellers. Washroom is small but manageable but they do have higher class room at high price. Superior room is decent to book. Food Taste need to improve at their restaurant.

Ram Ram This was my third stay at hotel in last 1 and half year .Out of two booked room one of the room was upgraded. Food was awesome as breakfast and Dinner was done at hotel only . Hotel was hygiene . Staff was gentle and co-operative.

Actually i am not in thought of giving one star even because i booked a executive suite room instead of this they gave me a normal room which pathetic, dirty bedsheet dusty blankets,.tv and telephone was not in working condition.. it was really pathetic experience..we even didn't get food accordingly..it makes my trip really inconvenient...

Costa River is a 3-Star hotel in Varanasi located in Varanasi Cantonment area. The hotel is having 33 rooms. The Room 301 where I stayed was spacious and amenities like 2 litres mineral water, electric kettle with tea and coffee sachets, laundry, locker, etc. were available. The service was quite fast and good. Food was good but the price of food was much higher than what it should be in a 3-Star hotel. Complementary breakfast had a lot of options. I have seen some negative reviews about the hotel but I found the hotel quite nice actually. Front desk officials including Mr Sujit was kind and helpful. The hotel also have a package tour facility of the city and neighborhood which you could avail with a fee.

Varanasi's best hotel in affordable price, room were neat & clean, quality of food with variety's were superb taste! Well mannered restaurant staff specially services of Ruby khan's courtesy was excellent and front desk & housekeeping staff too! We were a team of 44 people who stayed for 2 nights and we enjoyed the hospitality, the ambiance and food with clean atmosphere in the hotel premises! Thanks to all management and staff for making our stay the best , Will look forward to come over again!
