Hotel Buddha Castle

The hotel looks nice from the outside. The rooms are big. But cleanliness is an issue. Also, there were rats in the hotel, so hygiene is also an issue. The service is okay, food quality is also okay.

The hotel is nice, but the people working there are terrible. Except from the one working in the restaurant department everyone is irresponsible. Especially the manager in the counter is least further about his guest, doesn't even know what is happening, they don't bother to clean the room. My mother recently went there and broke her leg in the terrace but because it was so dark and there was plywood lying on the floor. Instead of helping her they started blaming her just to cover up their fault. They don't even have a basic move spray, even with the pain she had give money to buy a move spray. You guys are running such a big hotel and don't have basic first aid need. Terrible management. I request the owners should take action. Also apart from this experience the refrigerator in the room was not working for two days and constantly complaining about it to the manager but he stayed unbothered throughout then the manager from the restaurant department came to rescue I strictly want action to be taken for this irresponsible behaviour of the reception manager.

I love this hotel it is very big and huge. I liked the rooms and the gallery down on the Ground floor. The outside isn't that good because of the traffic jams. Service is fast,car can't come because of police and we had to go on a cycle taxi thingy I was very scared of falling of it with a suitcase on me so I rate that ride 1 star Clean room and it's also spacious.(good for me) But then I saw that there were two major issues 1. The toilet smells very bad and there was a toren cigarette box inside the baisin drawer 2. The flush doesn't flush sometimes, it's very creepy when you go poop and it doesn't flush you have to leave it. Please fix these issues and make it hygienic

Stayed one night. Very nice for staying with family. Good sevice. Restaurant breakfast was also upto the mark. Best thing is there is no electricity problem. If there's load shedding Generator service is available twenty four hours. But at the time of load shedding AC will not be available. Car parking facility is always available in the compound.

The rooms,(support staff) service, location are all ok. Not a "3 star" hotel like they claim by any measure, but ok to spend a night or 2. The hotel's overall quality was okay until one incident, at the time of check out- happened. I asked the hotel to arrange a cab to the airport and they promptly did. They also took the payment well in advance. However, Amit, at the reception tried to create a sense of urgency by saying there's way too much traffic and a usually 40 min drive would now take 2 hours and forced me to leave one hour earlier than my planned departure. I reluctantly left after even Google maps showed only 42 mins travel time. As I had expected, i arrived at the airport in 42 mins. Google maps - 10. Amit/ Hotel Buddha Castle - 0. Just as I was alighting, the driver was asking someone on the phone to wait at a location from where he'd pick them. And that's when I understood what Hotel Buddha Castle's modus operandi was. Now I have 4 hours to kill at an overcrowded airport. And no one but buddha castle to thank. Learn basic hospitality Hotel "Buddha"Castle. You can leave Enlightenment for another lifetime.

The most dishonest hotel who will first confirm the reservation and when you arrive in late evening to checkin they will throw you out of their premises stating unavailability of rooms and you go looking for another hotel with your family and kids. Never go there with your family.

Hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Food quality is excellent. Service is awesome. GM Mr Krishna sir very co-operative. Service is also fantastic. Hotel has free service of e auto for short distance pickup and drops. Staff behaves decently with customers. Happy to stay again here.

Hotel Buddha. Awesome Hotel with all basic facilities rooms are very spacious and well mentioned and buffet breakfast|And also they provide the Travel packages with good price. Mr Krishna Singh is very cooperative and make all arrangements for us. Thank you
