HOTEL ANANYA INN

A very nice place near Assi ghat for staying. The rooms are nice. Cleanliness and hygiene taken care of well. The location is nice and locality is not very congested. Very near to the ghats. The staffs are really helpful. They also have option to order food from nearby hotels which can be delivered to room. One drawback will be that there's no lift available. But over-all a very good experience staying there. Highly recommended.

The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the location--close to Assi Ghat--made commuting easy. The staff was polite, helpful, and very understanding throughout our stay.

Terrible Experience - Poor Management and Lack of Accountability I had a truly awful experience at this hotel. I booked my stay over the phone, and the owner confirmed the booking via WhatsApp. However, upon reaching the hotel, the entire experience turned into a nightmare. First, the staff showed me the room, and my luggage was moved there, giving me the impression that everything was in order. Later, they realized they had overbooked due to their chaotic booking process--bookings were being taken by the owner separately and the staff separately, with no proper system in place, just a rough register. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they started trying to adjust me in nearby hotels, which was completely unacceptable. The owner refused to speak to me directly and only communicated with the receptionist, leaving me frustrated and stranded. To make matters worse, I wasted over two hours sitting at the reception while they talked among themselves, keeping us in the dark. This level of mismanagement and lack of respect for customers is inexcusable. Ultimately, I had no choice but to leave the place. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel unless you want to risk your time and peace of mind.

Service and location is awesome,only things rooms are small and not having lift service..but staff and owner are very humble and polite, ready for any which we need as a tourist

Very nice hotel in the prime location in Varanasi! The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is so absolutely delicious and is typical Banarasi breakfast. Will recommend this place undoubtedly.

One of the best hotel to stay in varanasi, room was very clean with all the facilities and staff was also very friendly. One of the best budget friendly hotel and it is very nearby to assi ghat and temple. Trust me you feel like a home Thank you ananya inn!!!!!

Best hotel experience. The best part is that it is on a main road and Kashi temple ans ghats are just at 1-2 km dist. Nice service, clean rooms.

Hotel rooms are nice. Quick room service available. Hotel employees are very helpful. They can also arrange the boat for our deb dipawali. Overall experience is very nice. It's a 5 star service. Asshi ghat is near from the hotel.
