Hotel Ajaya by SR Hotels

I have been traveling across India, and my experience at Ajay Hotel has been the worst. They did not keep their word. I booked two rooms for two days in the evening. One of the rooms was very small, and they promised to give me a different room the next morning. However, they completely changed their stance the next day. The lady at the reception clearly mentioned that they didn't have any rooms to change and told me that if I didn't like their service, I could leave. I even spoke to the owner, but it was of no use. I was with my wife, two infants and elderly parents, making the situation very tough for me. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place."

During our stay, the rooms were not cleaned or prepared before our arrival. We had to repeatedly ask the staff to change the bedsheets, pillow covers, and quilt covers. Also they seemed irritated by the fact that we were asking for them again and again to get our work done. The toilet seat appeared fine at first glance, but once used, it was clear that it was broken. The jet spray was also not working. When we reported these issues to the reception, the staff instead questioned why we hadn't checked the bathroom upon arrival. The bathroom itself was not clean--the bucket was broken, and the mug was dirty. Again, we had to ask multiple times before they were replaced. Despite the high charges for a one-night stay, food was not included in the bill. Given these issues, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I had an amazing stay at AJAYA Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the beautiful view from my window. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. The food was another highlight of my stay. The hotel's restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes, with fresh ingredients and great presentation. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, from fresh fruits to hot meals, catering to different tastes. Overall, my experience at AJAYA Hotel was excellent. Great food, a comfortable room, and outstanding service--everything you could ask for in a hotel stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

I had a wonderful experience in Varanasi, a city known for its crowds, where finding good and reasonably priced hotels with excellent food and ambiance can be a challenge. However, my stay at Ajaya was fantastic. The staff was incredibly cooperative, and I had a memorable time. Highly recommended! Happy customer

Don't fall in the rating of this hotel! This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my whole life! Dirty rooms,dirty bathrooms,dirty mattresses and no service! They switch off the AC of the rooms in midnight after sleeping and no there is no one to hear all this cheap behavior! So cheap for a hotel of this range! You can get many very better option in range of 2500! O

This is very good hotel. the staff here are very nice. They treat like a family. If u come to Varanasi and have less money then definitely come here because they give u rooms as per your budget and also provide parking and guides at low cost...

The location is very good and the hotel rooms and service are very good. The behavior of the staff is good and the lady in the front office talks in a professional manner. The rent is also not too much

We travelled across India with family but had a very bad experience at Ajay Hotel...these people talk rudely, the rooms are absolutely useless as per the price..they did not cooperate at all and spoke to father in a very dirty manner...we stayed for 2 days, had a completely bad experience...don't stay there, Ac,washroom,food,service,bed,door kuch bhi acha nahi hai...
