We came here with family in the month of Jan. I Felt very pleasant at the property, very peaceful when I sit at the roof top, with river view, greenery, lively birds simply pleasant. One who needs a peace of mind stay. Staff is cooperative, rooms are clean and nice garden with lot of vegatation, common area. Provided a complete info abt my travel plan which helped us to cover more places than in my list. Finally, Simply, Excellent

The hostel staff were amazing! They welcomed us with open arms and helped us book a walking tour and boat ride on the ganges. They could not have been more helpful! The rooms were basic and we found the hostel to be quite noisy. But overall, we would definitely recommend staying here if you're new to Varanasi and want to be near the ghats

Happy place in Varanasi! Very welcoming staff! They are ready to help you in any situation, let feeling you at your "second home". Good location with easy walk to the ganga river! I would come back here if I went back to Varanasi.

Very beautiful place. Super clean. Amazing rooftop with incredible river view and garden like an oasis with veggies growing. Very central, but chilled and save neighberhood. Staff is very nice, helpfull and speak perfect English. Rooms are clean, have window, each bed has a fan and ac. Bath rooms are cleaned several times a day. They serve good food. Been in some other hostels/apartments in varanasi, but this one is by far the best. Thank you for the good times

I have a mixed experience at this property. Though the hostel is in close proximity of ghats, the actual location of hostel is very dirty and always in dark. Another problem we faced was of mosquitos - there are like millions of them and you cannot sit quietly in common area with peace because pf them. Rooms were okay but had no ventilation in bathroom and sheets were too old. Hostel staff was accommodating and sweet. My only concern here is mosquitos and location cleanliness.

Best stay ever in Varanasi. Beautiful atmosphere, very nice staff and breakfast availability. It's perfectly arranged for chilling in common spaces. Rooms are clean and confortable. Try it!

We arrived at this hostel after spending an entire day looking for a nice place to stay in the old city of Varanasi, where we only found very low-quality rooms at unfair prices. After moving a bit away from the center, we found this hostel with a pleasant garden, a living room on the ground floor, and a rooftop with a lounge and a nice view. The room itself wasn't amazing, and the location is slightly far from the old city center (nothing that a short tuk-tuk ride can't solve), but there's no comparison to the value this hostel offers compared to the other rooms we saw in Varanasi. The service was excellent, and every two days they offered to come in and clean our room.

We stayed at Hotel Lavie during the busy Kumbh Mela, we had a very good experience, the rooms are neat and clean and spacious. They have a common area where you could mingle with fellow travllers. They have a rooftop which gives you a view of the holy ganges. The best thing about this hostel is its location which is walkable distance from the ghats
