GRS Palace

Room is bad. Not cleaned properly. Room service or any type of service is pathetic/non existant. They do not even care when you ask for assitance or anything that we have paid for. We paid for an extra bed and ended up getting just a pillow after a 30 minutes argument

Worst stay in my life, dont go on photos on internet, staff is very rude and unprofessional. Lift not working ( rooms on 3rd floor ). Rooms are very small and suffocated. I had booking including breakfast but ye said it will be chargeable. They ruined my Varanasi trip.

Pathetic experience at this hotel. Staffs say they have recently taken over from the previous management and are in transitioning phase but that doesn't justify the poor quality of rooms. Service is horrendous and you have to call them multiple times to get your request addressed, even if it is related to cleaning the rooms. They do not have in house restaurant. That means they buy food from the street and serve you in disposable plates.

My stay at GRS Palace was nothing short of a nightmare. The hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards, making it one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Rooms and Management: The rooms were poorly maintained, with torn bed sheets and sub-standard furnishings. On our last night, they gave us a torn bedsheet and dismissed our complaint by saying, "It's just a matter of one night, and you'll check out tomorrow." This attitude from the management was appalling. The staff, who had joined just three days prior, were clueless about room availability or managing bookings. It took a frustrating 45 minutes to check in, as they claimed they had no information about our confirmed booking through MakeMyTrip. Cleanliness and Amenities: The hotel is undergoing renovation, and cleanliness was a major issue. Toiletries were not provided, and we had to request them multiple times before receiving any. The towels were of such poor quality that the furs stuck to our clothes. The rooms were not cleaned on time, and the overall maintenance was severely lacking. Dining Facilities: There is no in-house restaurant. Food is brought from outside, and no plates or cutlery are provided. To make matters worse, tea was served in a poly bag, which was unhygienic and completely unacceptable. Overall Experience: We had booked three rooms and faced consistent issues throughout our stay. GRS Palace's inability to provide even basic amenities, coupled with unprofessional management, made for a highly unpleasant and frustrating experience. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Only good part is that it is close to SKVT gate 4

The worst hotel.pls do not stay in this hotel.. the lift is not working most of the time. No staff ..only one staff that manages everything. Very rude. Waste of money.. this area is no vehicel zone...

Newly constructed. Interior is good. Rooms are clean. Location is very good. Temple and Ghats are nearby.

Had an extremely comfortable experience with best services ! Rooms are exactly like shown in pictures! Very near to Kashi Vishwanath temple! Hygiene and cleanliness was top notch ! Very genuine people and staff too and had guided me to visit certain places in varanasi ! Would love to visit again and I highly highly recommend !

We waited 2hr for the water bottle in the room which was nearby , don't check in
