Being a very regular visitor ,One of the worst hotel staff I have ever experienced in Varanasi .. Everyone in the reception calls them as a manager and tend to be oversmart . No manner at all .. We have stayed here for 4 nights and only one day housekeeping staff had come to clean..but last day she was continuously standing to take chai paani...ridiculous ...people sleep next to ur window (in the balcony ) for 24*7 .. Area is crowded...morning 5 am to 12 am there r loud music and hotel doesn't have any control on The same .. As our flight was delayed by 5-6 hrs and was rescheduled at 6.30 evening ..we requested for 1/2 day extension but they said if u give full day money ,u can stay.this person says he is the manager it seems . Layer when asked to speak to their manager he said no rooms only ..all rooms are booked .. No coordination ...doesn't know how to behave with customers .. Most avoidable property

Worst staff, liar staff scammed us with our money and bolte ki ham apko help nahi kar sakte bcz Tamara loss hoga Worst people worst hotel never ever go there. They don't even let us talk to the owner as they know ke owner ko problem Pata chalega toh the staff will be held responsible

Only one good thing about the hotel is near to dashashwamedh ghat. There is many bad experiences from this hotel such as we have booked stay and car booking for four days, Hotel management every time change driver for example morning other driver and evening time tour driver other. driver Monu aka Naushad not proper behaviour with us, he do not tell that accurate temple timing as we cannot spend more time in the other temples. Saurav Jaiswal is amazing driver and person. ||||My brother was stuck in bathroom as we tell hotel management but they do not call the carpenter to solve door problem , they take an hour to call carpenter to open door of bathroom and bathroom has not window that's why my brother felt suffocation at time of when we have pick flight from varanasi ||||Hotel food was not as price they take. food was average.||||Staff behaviour is not good, Food was average. they do not give room heater on check in . they give heater on availability means they have not proper amount of heater to every rooms.||||there are other option you can choose near this hotel

Great service and room quality also being less than 500m away from the holy ganga river where ganga pooja is done daily.

Overall good experience in this hotel. Rooms are not big but good for 2 person. It's near to Ganga ghat. AC was working fine and bathroom was clean which makes me happy.
