Family Guest House

We stayed three nights at this guest house. The main guy was polite. The location is very central which is a plus. We got one of the big rooms for 1200 rupees, which was not worth it at all. The room was dirty, there were bugs in the bed; coming out of our pillow cases, and food crumbs were all over. The toilet was dripping all the time, and the toilet was wet all day. There was mouse dropping over the sink. We made a complaint to the agency we booked through, the agency was very responsive, however, the manager came on the second day and offered to move us to a better room on the third day(last day) but we didn't hear from him on that day, so we dropped it, since it was our last night anyway. It's not a scam, it seems that they try to keep it maintained, but this is what we got for the three days we stayed there. In general, it was very uncomfortable being there, but if all you need is a roof and security, you'll find that.

Very low quality room, wash rooms are not sufficient in size to entire, towel and bedsheets are too old. Hot water not available. Water not come in wash room before 5 am. Hosts behavior is very rough. After all its not 200 meters from Ghat and location is difficult to find. They have no any parking. Hence all the statements they provide about themselves are totally false.

I booked a room at this property for 2 days but due to bad experience I checked out after the 1st day. Room service was v v poor Bed sheets were torn and they did not provided us with ac blankets. In addition to this bathroom accessories were not in usable condition, the bucket and muga was broken hence water kept running out of it. There were also 2-3 lizards present in the room which made us wonder about the hygiene of the place even more. The size of the room was totally in contrast with the pictures portrayed on the website. After repeated reminders there was no change in the service and attitude of the staff. If you are booking this place i would suggest you not to as there are more better options available.

This all pictures is false. The reality off rooms is very different. I also saw their advisement & beautiful pictures on agoda app. I stay in this guest house on 9-10 Jan./2025's night but I saw the conditions of those rooms,bathroom,staff & location their all is very dirty. Really I hate this place

Very bad experience Staffs are not cooperative Ownwr is money mind un professional person Vey regid no option of changing dates with long time because we have booked 1 month before and amount were payed due to a death in family we were not able to make the trip and inform hotel owner 10 days before yo the booking dates at least keep half amount and refund the half but he refused to refund and no other option to chaing the dates his intention to gulping down the amount very rough and roud in his talk I strictly advice travelers not to go with any deal with this guest house there are many other option

Reaching this hotel location is the most difficult thing on the earth. Rooms not worth for the price. It looks worse than a lodge. Totally impressive one. I think all reviews are fake here.

Before booking I read the feedback but here my experience is good as Ajay pandit has been amazing to give us service he was very supportive to find the location as my mom nani was travelling and room service also good people are very kind. Yes location little difficult to find by yourself but I was connected to Ajay so he was guided very well so no difficulties and yes everything is near only the temple ghat and market. My mom literally visit temple 4 times as it was very near . once again thank you Ajay for the service. People don't go on negative feedback. Go book this location

Firstly it doesn't come under any star category,vey cozy and unhealthy / Secondly they do scams / Showing my room they sold to others too who were from gujrat / Location in a very narrow deep / Bathrooms are too small /
