Costa Riviera Hotel

This place is definitely a good place to be in when you are visiting Kashi. Staff is very gentle and polite and welcoming. Food is super good. Arup Roy was a very good host at restaurant and the food was very tasty especially Moong dal Halwa. Not very far from the ghat but traffic in Varanasi sucks, everyone is honking even at the slightest possibility even the boats in Ganga are honking.

I would like to share the good experience we had with the hotels housekeeping staff Priyanshu. We needed an extra mattress and he went out of the way to provide the one just right for us and also made sure that we were comfortable in our room. Although the mattress had to be changed a couple of times he did it with a smile on his face. We stayed for three nights and our stay was generally comfortable. Our stay included buffet breakfast and dinner. The kitchen staff were excellent providing a lavish fare each day. In addition, they also paid personal attention to the guests to provide something not on the buffet. In particular, one restaurant staff Sushil was very helpful providing us onion and garlic free food. A good hotel to stay when in Varanasi.

Good & satisfied experience. Staff is courteous specially in dinning, Mr Aaris khan . Room is spacious. Overall great experience. Location great. Never felt like away from home. Food was good ,staff don't say no to anything. Coming to kashi ji , costa riveria can be great choice.

Overall experience was very nice. Little improvement required in room service with ontime cleaning and maintenance. Water bottles were not provided on time as requested. Mr. Susheel was very courteous and professional. Would also like to appreciate Mr. Rahul for his exceptional customer service. Thank you!!

Very nice hotel in Varanasi. Clean rooms. Very good food. Above all, the hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Thanks to Rahul Kumar, who served us in the restaurant during our stay. Rahul was always friendly and recommended us Indian food. He does a very good job.

Amazing hotel.. amazing services.. thanks to the entire staff for making the stay truly memorable.. rooms are nice and clean. Special mention to Mr Aaris Khan in Restaurant for specially catering to my parents needs and providing a very fast and reliable service..

I had cough and sneezes when we were there and Ari's Khan volunteered to bring me a relaxing honey ginger tea. Really appreciated his kind gesture. Food was nice and served hot. Overall it was a good welcoming experience.

Excellent hospitality by Receptions especially by Mr Asif & Mr Arman House keeping services prompt & excellent Food quality excellent in Hotel with good quantity . Best services in Restaurants & all management staff very cooperative & dealing with regards especially Highlander roof top & main restaurant 1st floor during breakfast. Live songs by singers in weekend add glamour to entertainment at Higlander restaurant
