Really awful experience, the list of the things that were hindering our experience is endless , namely a few of them are : 1. No constant water supply 2.Rooms are not cleaned , even when PROMISED 3. Most of the toilets are Indian toilets 4.The conditions of the room are just not describable in words Overall, it was the worst experience

The hotel staff is very unprofessional and don't have basic manners to communicate with customer. Their rooms are very dirty and no hygeine is maintained. Even the food served is of poor quality and found insect in food. Waiters don't wear masks and gloves while serving. They even clean hands after using washroom. Even their chef is very untidy and don't clean hands while cooking. The service is very late and don't serve food on time. The manger and staff is very unprofessional and starts to fight even for a small things. I won't recommend anyone this hotel anymore. Mostly hotel is used by couple and not good for families.

They do fruad with there customer. They ask for more money and then they cancel your booking after your check out because you can't complaint about them on the app you book from.

They are cheaters. We booked via Oyo and complimentary breakfast was included. They kept arguing and didn't offer the breakfast even after Oyo mentioned they have to. I don't recommend this hotel as it is run by cheaters.

Worst hotel I ever stayed. If you want to ruin ur trip please book this hotel. The hotel staff was very rude and They dint provide breakfast, no hot water no towel no soaps and when we asked for breakfast they said they will give only tea. And when we asked for hot water they are sarcastically teasing my sister and rudely shouted on my father. I am gonna file a police complaint on them and I demand for an apology to my father and sister. Since its tagged as capital O I thought we will have a good stay but it turned out to be a nightmare. Never book this hotel.

Rooms are okay but the bedsheet and pillow cover and other things are not so clean

There is literally no one to disturb you. Good staff. Room was clean and well arranged. Outside food isn't allowed. They have their own menu.
