Very poor service, bed sheet, pillow cover and blankets cover used spotted and also when asked to use then no one ready to listen. I have pic if required I can share

This is a very good hotel, good service and good food
Tv was not working had informed the reception but no attention was paid to rectify the problem Secondly food items were not available at my choice. I had to eat whatever the restaurant had during that time
Toilet was so clean, Room was hygienic, WI-FI facility is given with good connectivity
