ARCADIA HOTEL VARANASI

Amazing experience, everything here was perfect. Stayed there for two days, and had a wonderful time including a room upgrade. Rooms are good, clean and spacious. Not only the place offers you a peaceful stay but their services are great. All staffs are polite and helpful, room service is always on time. Good quality food, reasonable pricing. The parking is on the road just outside the facility but they have a 24 hour security. The property in close to bus stand and railway station so you have access to all the market nearby and you can get everything within walking distance. Temple is a little over 3KM so you can take auto as Varanasi has a big traffic problem and you do not find parking that easily.

Nice place great paintings on walls. Bit rigid on check out time of 12 but can do better in terms of mapping them selves with local train timings. Showed them an option from mmt which was cheaper than what they were offering and they didn't match it which was disappointing. Rest all was good. I would recommend this place if you want to stay near train station or bus stand. Easily accessible from cab auto or rikshas.

Great hotel with even greater customer service. I had booked "Premium Room With City View" and it was sufficient for 2 Adults + 2 kids. All our requests were met expeditiously by the staff. We couldn't try meals as we reached late from Ganga Arti and left early next morning for mandir darshan. But early morning tea was excellent. Rooms were clean. There's no parking inside hotel campus. You need to park your vehicle on the road in front of hotel.

Had a great stay at Hotel Arcadia Banaras. Rooms were clean and good .Staff are very friendly Mr.Roshan and all behavior very polite he treat us like family. And the location was perfect to explore the city. food was very tasty and good .Great value for money would recommend and visit again...

Good property to stay at. Lovely breakfast spread and tasty food. An area to improve could be to be mindful of calling guest to check when they would be checking out from the hotel, when all the information is already available with the hotel as it is an advance booking done. This disturbed the short rest time we had to catch up on our sleep. Overall a good place to stay with family and friends.

It was a pleasant stay with absolutely no hassle or unnecessary discussions. Everything that was booked online was well accommodated without any issues. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the customer service was excellent--very supportive and attentive. Hotel Arcadia is a very good hotel with good service. The food there is very good and clean. The people there are very helpful. They helped us a lot. I had made an online booking to take my mother home.Booking was done in lower category but Ms Priya, I got a room upgraded. Very nice people and the service is very good. It is very safe and the best hotel for families. It is close to the railway station and all the temples are about 5 km from here. Auto is available from the front and the hotel is very close.And the hotel also has travel tax which is provided for local visit, the station is about 500 meters, I enjoyed a lot here and the hotel breakfast is better than the local food which is very tasty and made in a pure way.
