Avoid Hotel Mantavya - Terrible Experience! This hotel is a nightmare! Rooms are dirty, bathrooms stink, and hygiene is non-existent. Frequent power cuts with no proper backup make the stay unbearable. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and doesn't care about guests. For the high price, you get nothing but frustration. Stay away! Instead, book "Hotel Le Lotus Grand", which is excellent and just about 600 meters away. It has a much better atmosphere

Beautifully Decorated Rooms, it was of 3 star category hotel, but services were of 4 star category. Breakfast was delicious. Mr Tiwari n all staff members were very nice.

Visited while dev diwali on Nov. Seeing the peak season they charged extra money which was totally fine. There services are apt breakfast is totally worth it and tasty. Only thing which disappointed me was the beep sound of the door which created a nuisance the whole night and I was not able to sleep for while. The size of room was okayish as it was totally packed up due to the crowded season. Overall it's a great location to stay there. Would love to visit again. Thank you.

Bad service, none of the workers here speaks English (especially those who works in the kitchen) rather expecting the foreigners to speak and understand Hindi, duh! Kitchen closes at 11pm (India time) hence we are not able to eat! Moreover, they cut the call! Tourist will definitely come back late because of the traffic issues in Varanasi! not customer friendly at all! will not recommend to any foreigners!

The location of the hotel is just perfect. Many shops around, local conveyance easily available and all important places are in average proximity. The rooms are excellent and very well maintained. Each and every member of the staff is very courteous and helpful in all ways. The food is just awesome and very reasonably priced. On the whole my stay at Mantavya Hotel, Varanasi will be a memorable one and I would recommend this hotel to all visitors.
