Nice hotel with the best food and staff there.you can organize party and function there

Close to our factory. May not work for all as it's bit outside the city and usually there's a lot of traffic due to ongoing road works. However, the food is great.

On 07/12/2024 , I went to Varanasi with my family members.During my visit, at Varanasi, I stayed at Hotel Prime Land. The hotel is located beside G.T road. It is a nicely decorated hotel, But , the hotel has a problem regarding car parking. At the time of booking, I asked about the car parking area, and they assured me that there is no problem for car parking. But when I reached the hotel, it was observed that there is no proper place for car parking as road construction going on.When I discussed the problem with the management, the desk manager told me that park the car beside hotel on highway . I severally mentioned to the hotel management that it would create problems during my stay at the hotel, but they did not bother about the problem. Incidentally, at night, at about 01.10 AM, the hotel desk manager called me over the telephone and told me to remove the car from the highway in the down area by the side of the hotel. As they say, I kept the car to the place where the hotel management mentioned at that time. But when I returned to my room , I notice that a message from police UP Government(vahan) that a penalty was imposed on me due to car parking on the highway. Suddenly, I was shocked to receive the message. In the morning, I discussed the issue with the hotel management. They were astonished on hearing the issue and told that it was the first time to face such type problem. Hence, in my opinion, it is the mismanagement on the part of the hotel Prime Land, Varanasi. Due to the fault of the hotel management of the hotel Prime Land, Varanasi, I have to pay the penalty for which I have no fault. At last, I request the management of the Hotel Prime Land, Varanasi, before booking the room in the hotel, trying to give a clear picture of the hotel areana. Thanks

The hotel amenities are ok, but rooms are sub standard. The bathroom is unhygienic and need to negotiate with the management for towels. Management is greedy and very unprofessional, best avoided.

The location of this place is great if you are on the move as it's on the highway. Currently when I visited last month in Oct'24 road construction was ongoing in front of the property premises posing immense trouble in terms of parking vehicle. So that was a big put off! The room size, tidyness and decor were upto the mark. We opted for twin room and were alloted the same. Food was good too. Opted for ala carte option for dinner and buffet during breakfast, good preparation

Stayed here from 6th Nov to 8th November. The receptionist Muskan was absolutely unprofessional woman with no manners and highly unwelcoming towards us. She created chaos for our free breakfast amd mase us waiting for hours and the kitchen got closed. She was poor in reverting and communication for most of the queries. She was rude and contrary to her name She has no muskan on her face. Please fire her as she is maligning the hotel's reputation. The hotel is far from city. Better have own transportation. We liked the in house dining as the staff was cooperative.

Room service is pathetic, employee does not listen of guests. Stronlly do not recommend to anyone. Ihave visited for company official trip, worst experience ever.

Excellent !!! That was our experience in Hotel Prime Land. The hotel is new, well decorated, very clean and well maintained. Rooms were clean and nice. Aroma restaurant was very good with nice food being served. I would like to make a special mention of the hospitality extended by the staff in the restaurant Mr. Santosh and Ms. Sonali. They went out of their way to attend to us and serve us every day. Service extended by other staff members as well as the Security Guard was very good. All in all a wonderful stay in the hotel and a memorable experience.
