OYO 1678 WelcomHeritage Jukaso Ganges

The staff was very nice. I asked for romantic decoration on the room, and it smelled beautifully to fresh roses, on arrival. Couldn't have had chosen a Hotel with a lovelier view of the ganges, and an amazing sunrise early in the morning. The location is great. Hotel provides complimentary boat tour to the night ceremony. Restaurant serves good indian food at very reasonable prices.||The building is absolutely beautiful.||Breakfast does not meet the standards of a 3 stars hotel. No fresh bread, no cheese, other than "sandwich packed cheese". Variety is very poor.||The bathroom door had to be closed all the time, as the smell coming out of the pipes was nauseating, even as you showered. Its is probably normal, given the location and the age of the building. Needs to be improved, though.

Gorgeous hotel offering high-end comfort and great facilities in a stunning location. The hotel is on the bank of the Ganges with rooms either looking into the beautiful courtyard or out over the magnificent river (we had a night in each). Quiet comfortable rooms with excellent bathroom and power shower, Lovely roof top restaurant serving fabulous breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff, and you can reach busier parts of Varanasi by the hotel boat which offers a free taxi service, or by walking along the endlessly fascinating ghats. Very restful and a treat to spend time here.

This beautiful heritage hotel has an amazing on the ghats of Benaras. You get breath taking view of Ganges from the hotel . The staff is polite, cordial and super helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable . Restaurant provides tasty home like food. Music played in the courtyard is soothing . Kathak dance performance at night in the courtyard of the hotel was amazing .Evening Arti from the boat provided by the hotel was mesmerising . Jukasso's awesome hospitality combined with the magic of Benaras ,made our stay magical .

This property makes you feel what you want to. Ghats are supposed to be one of the most important things when visiting Varanasi. This is it, it's bang on the ghat. The best part is that you have to reach this hotel only by a boat in the river. What else do you need when in Varanasi, to be welcomed with a boat ride in Ganga. |This property has the best location, they have maintained the heritage touch and also serves good food. The staff is very courteous and is always ready to help. It's a must go place to when in Varanasi.

This nice heritage hotel has an amazing location in one of the ghats, close to everything. You can literally walk to the main burning ghat 2 minutes away and the golden temple.||Hotel room was nice and comfortable.|Food in the hotel also good, the restaurant is in the rooftop and offers an incredible view of the Ganges river.||At nighttime the offer a very nice folk dance show and they also offer a boat ride tour to see a Pooja = Aarti, that you can't miss!||Super recommend the WelcomHeritage Jukaso Ganges. Wow is all I can say. We had some qualms about Varanasi and about staying right on the ghats, but those were overcome immediately when we stepped into the Jukaso Ganges. We were so well taken care of there and it felt like a quiet refuge and a home to us after 3 nights there. Our room was beautiful and facing the river and over looked the ghats. I loved this. Definitely stay on the ghats if you come to Varanasi. The staff would provide us a guide or a bellboy at any time to take us somewhere if we got confused or needed to find how to get somewhere. Food was very good here and very hygienic and safe. We had a great stay here!

This hotel is very crappy. The rooms are crappy, the bathrooms are crappy, and they just don't care. I booked the hotel through bookings.com on their representation that this is a 3.5 star hotel. We booked two rooms for 3 nights. The first night there was no heating and no hot water and no wifi, and not enough blankets. The second night was the same but there was no water at all, except that when you sat on the toilet, water leaked on your head from above (they told me not to worry -- it was ok). We left after two nights. We asked them and bookings.com for a refund, they both blew us off. The hotel never replied to our inquiries, and bookings.com said it wasn't their problem. The easiest thing is not to do business with them again. One in our group spent two nights at the Hotel East West next door. They were rough around the edges but honest, polite, and friendly. Whatever you do, don't stay at the Jukaso Ganges or any WelcomHeritage hotel.

The view from the Hotel is very good but the location is not because reaching to this Hotel is a little difficult, narrow streets by walk or through the river. They also provide a complimentary pick & Drop facility that's helpful. The staff is okay, rooms are small, food is average but overpriced, water glasses were smelling, needs a replacement. ||||Overall this one is an exception of Jukaso a cheater, don't believe on any Jukaso guy they always try to misguide you and sell those fake products. They also have one call centre, if you are lucky then they anyone will assist you otherwise be ready to get ready to piss off.
