This was my third visit to this place and the most pathetic one. |We were given a dirty room & was said that it has just been clean where as it did not even seem fresh. |The bathroom smells of a public toilet, the balconies seem like they are never cleaned in ages, the sofa has stains and dust all over. |The rooms are spacious but not clean. Then what's the point?||When asked for another room, the front office staff showed another one which was equally bad & said if you want any other, please wait or else, you are free to checkout. The guy doesnt know how to speak to the guest and is very rude. ||I am a hotelier myself and when i spoke to their General Manager, he sent some housekeeping supervisor to have our room deep cleaned. But still, somethings are dirty. |The tea electric kettle is broken, very dirty and has a white layer inside. |Bathroom smells like a gutter. |Toilet paper all crushed and seems 10 years old. |No breakfast or food provided. |The electricity goes away anytime in the middle |The water is saltier than that of a sea. ||The inroom dining staff gave us a water bottle and said its chargeable and asked for 32 rs where as mrp was 30 and did not leave without the 2 rs. ||The staff is unprofessional and rude. |I do not want to cone back to this place again.

This place is marked as 4 star resort, but it is far away from being that. The only positive thing is that the rooms are really spacious, BUT. The rooms are also very used / worn out. The furniture is not being maintained, nor cleaned. The sofa has never seen a vacuum cleaner or a wet cleaner. The floor under sofa neither. The bed is big enough and comfy, but the bed sheets are already grey (used to be white years ago). The rooms have a kitchen corner too, but it's kind of useless as there is no equipment, nor any appliances.... There is not even a safety box. The bathroom is full of limescale, so the water from faucets goes in many directions. The tap water is salty, which is very uncomfortable for any hygiene (shower, face washing etc...). The breakfast options are very limited. Only indian and very hot / spicy meals. The only other option is toasted white bread and butter... Hard to eat that 3 days in a row though. The pool looks good, but when you come closer, there is a lot of dirt at the bottom, the tiles are also dirty and the water too. The local people are swimming / bathing in their daily clothes which is absolutely disgusting, because they simply bring the street dirt into the pool with them. The place have got a potential and capacity, but needs a proper management and maintenance focus to truly deserve a 4 star grading.
The hotel condition is very poor. The rooms are not maintained at all. If you are planning to host a wedding here, you will be very disappointed with the staff service and the decoration and pricing. The food is average. The staff is very slow and they smoke and drink in the empty rooms. The lifts are too slow. The door locks in the rooms don't work. They don't even provide water in the rooms. They are charging too much for a lawn which doesn't have grass. Overall, this hotel is not even good for staying and not suited for weddings at all.
Hi, this resort was ok in Vrindavan. Service Apartment was good except few things. Cons:- Housekeeping don't cleanse unless reminded. Water quality is very poor. Naivedyam restaurant was worse part of this resort. Foods were costly. They take almost 45 minutes for any order even for tea and snacks. They never keep ready any recipe. Any hungry child can never be appeased. Didn't like this restaurant service.
We booked two rooms except for a bed nothing was there the property is relatively new but housekeeping is very poor also to note that it is not a hotel but semi furnished apartment, Balconies are dirty and no one bothers about it.||1. It is not a hotel|2. It is a service apartment or a better version of Dharmshala|3. Power is backed up with a generator|4. Getting lift from a higher floor is always a challenge|5. Prem Mandir with auto Rs. 100/-, Banke Bihar / Nidhivani with auto Rs. 300/- one way.|6. Halfday auto with numbers of the temples may cost R. 1000/-||The restaurant was good and served good food, we found that positive within that property ( Just for ref. Thali Rs. 400/- enough for 2 and Tea Rs. 90/-)||Overall: I may like to stay in a proper hotel next time and near Iscon / Prem Mandir.||Radhe Radhe
Bathroom was too small and the smell of sewer was also very much. The cleaners took our towels which were white bit they had a grey lining and initials at the corner but they gave it back the next morning after dry cleaning it. Overall, I liked the room and everything, the kitchen was also very spacious but the sofa- cum- bed was a little uncomfortable.
We landed on a bad day. There were tens of people waiting and the lift was broken. CLIMBED 12 floors.... sort of floor Felt younger ..... Rooms have great space and definitely can be cleaned better The crew is raw and lacks professionalism
This place is not a resort, it's a service apartment. Rooms are good, service is not, Food is good. Booked 3 1BHK on 11June costing around 12K Clean rooms clean apartment. Everything was good. One problem is with water. Bathing water is salty hard. They don't allow more than 3 person in one room They offer oneBHK and Family suites.
