Raj Hotel

I recently stayed at Raj Hotel in Sultanpur, and overall, it was a good experience. The staff was well-behaved, and the manager was humble and always ready to assist. One thing to note is that the hotel doesn't have an in-house restaurant, but they do arrange food from outside on request. Additionally, there are a few good restaurants nearby, so food isn't much of an issue. However, I faced some inconvenience with their billing process. They don't provide physical invoices and promise to send them via WhatsApp after checkout. Unfortunately, I had to follow up multiple times over several days before finally receiving the invoice. Despite this, my stay was comfortable, and I would recommend the hotel for its hospitality and service. If they improve their billing process, it would enhance the overall guest experience.

Staff was very good and had excellent nature and behaviour and the owner has been very supportive and helpful and the entire experience was the best. Very neat and clean hotel, excellent food and quality, taste was best.
