This place is not like a hotel but just a hostel and the receptionist acts as a warden. The rules of check in and check out are not at all feasible. The entry to this hotel gets closed at 10.00 PM and you can face inconvenience to meet up with your guests. The rooms are of old types with not at all eye catching interiors but the prices are very much high as compared with the facilities. The location is quite peaceful as it is far from the main market and railway station. This place has its own kitchen which serves average food which is even costly too. We haven't found anything which can be recommended. If you are not getting any other option then you may go for it. This place is very well secured and one of the oldest hotels in the city. Many VIPs prefer this hotel for its security and service.

Decent hotel in a small town Sultanpur. One local told me it's the oldest and best hotel in the town. Staff are cooperative. Didn't charge me extra for asking extra water bottle. That's a rarity nowadays I'm missing in many places. I truly liked the place and enjoyed my stay during peak times of Maha Kumbh. Owing to the peak times, I felt they charged me little bit higher but that's expected. Normal days you can get a bargain. No doubt.

One most worst hotel in sultanpur.. I never ever seen this type of hotel in my whole life. First of all hotel receptionist behavior was most worsening and cleaning staff also thief.

I came for a Business trip... staff are very humble and polite. Food was like home... Rooms are well equiped with all amenities.. Best part is the location and availability of local transport. No worrier for WiFi Thank God Perfect for Corporates like me

Hotel Vijay Deluxe is one of the best hotel in Sultanpur city. Rooms are spacious and cozy, staffs are very well mannered and trained. Food served over here is healthy and good in taste. Good for business travellers and family vacations too.

Rather than misbehaving on getting a poor rating you should work on improving the quality. Your toilet fittings are rusted, the washroom is ghostly. Overall room quality is very poor and you need to improve the same.

Very bad management very bad staff did so much misbehaviour and don't respect adults also. Worst service ever. Never recommend. Use abusive language don't understand customer need and did lots of arguments. Very wrost management ever.worst hotel in the town
